Destac\u00f3 que los compromisos financieros al finalizar su gobierno fueron respaldados con cheques de caja entregados a la actual tesorer\u00eda municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De acuerdo con Moya Mar\u00edn, los pagos pendientes al cierre del ejercicio fiscal 2024 ascendieron a 72 millones 912 mil pesos, de los cuales la mayor parte correspond\u00eda a liquidaciones de trabajadores. No obstante, afirm\u00f3 que la nueva administraci\u00f3n recibi\u00f3 cheques suficientes para cubrir estos compromisos, evitando as\u00ed afectaciones a las finanzas municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En cuanto a los 147 millones de pesos mencionados por la actual tesorera como parte de los Adeudos Fiscales de Administraciones Anteriores (ADEFAS), la ex alcaldesa aclar\u00f3 que se trata de un registro presupuestal y no de una deuda real. Explic\u00f3 que esta cifra se reporta conforme a la Ley de Disciplina Financiera y no implica un pasivo inmediato a cubrir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Respecto a cuentas municipales embargadas, Moya Mar\u00edn record\u00f3 que al iniciar su gesti\u00f3n enfrent\u00f3 400 juicios derivados de la administraci\u00f3n de Patricia Dur\u00e1n Reveles, lo que afect\u00f3 las finanzas locales. Aunque dijo haber resuelto varios casos mediante estrategias legales, su gobierno a\u00fan recibi\u00f3 300 cuentas embargadas por un monto superior a 280 millones de pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sobre la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal, la ex funcionaria se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a dificultades iniciales en 2022, los ingresos crecieron anualmente, pasando de 257 millones en enero de 2022 a 319 millones en el mismo mes de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finalmente, asegur\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n saliente dej\u00f3 cheques certificados para cubrir el pago de n\u00f3mina de funcionarios, polic\u00edas, bomberos y trabajadores municipales.
