En rueda de prensa, la legisladora enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de resolver el diferendo con&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>paz y di\u00e1logo<\/strong><strong>, condenando los recientes actos de violencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guti\u00e9rrez agradeci\u00f3 las muestras de apoyo tras el incidente y asegur\u00f3 estar en buen estado de salud. Lament\u00f3 que Tonanitla haya cerrado accesos al&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>AIFA<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;y a la&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Zona Militar<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;en diversas ocasiones, complicando la movilidad y seguridad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Record\u00f3 que en&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>octubre de 2023<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;se firm\u00f3 un acuerdo pol\u00edtico entre ambos municipios para evitar acciones unilaterales y que la&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Polic\u00eda Estatal<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;ser\u00eda la \u00fanica responsable de garantizar la seguridad en esa \u00e1rea. Sin embargo, denunci\u00f3 que dicho pacto fue violado recientemente, provocando nuevos enfrentamientos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La senadora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el conflicto actual es uno de los&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>20 diferendos de l\u00edmites<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;existentes en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, pero destac\u00f3 que solo en la disputa con Tonanitla se ha recurrido a la violencia y al uso indebido de autoridad. Asimismo, subray\u00f3 que Tec\u00e1mac, con&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>200 a\u00f1os de historia<\/strong><strong>, tiene l\u00edmites claramente definidos, mientras que Tonanitla fue declarado municipio apenas en&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>2003<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guti\u00e9rrez tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de autoridad en la zona en disputa, lo que ha permitido la operaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>grupos dedicados al robo de combustible<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;debido a la presencia de ductos de Pemex.
