Estas iniciativas, con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 706 millones de pesos, han transformado vialidades, espacios deportivos, escuelas y centros de salud en beneficio de miles de habitantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos fue la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Avenida Centenario<\/strong><strong>, en San Antonio&nbsp;Zomeyucan. Esta vialidad, que conecta a m\u00e1s de 20 comunidades, fue dejada en condiciones precarias por la gesti\u00f3n anterior. Con una inversi\u00f3n superior a 14 millones de pesos, se repaviment\u00f3 con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico, se instalaron 60 luminarias solares tipo LED y se mejor\u00f3 la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, beneficiando a m\u00e1s de 66 mil personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En marzo de 2023, se entreg\u00f3 la renovada&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Ciudad Deportiva El Tepetatal<\/strong><strong>, abandonada por m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada. Con una inversi\u00f3n de 8.3 millones de pesos, se moderniz\u00f3 la alberca con sistemas de filtraci\u00f3n, calefacci\u00f3n y bombeo, adem\u00e1s de instalar iluminaci\u00f3n LED y un domo protector. Tambi\u00e9n se renovaron canchas, gradas y \u00e1reas de juegos infantiles, beneficiando a 55 mil habitantes de 10 comunidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La administraci\u00f3n municipal tambi\u00e9n prioriz\u00f3 mejoras en escuelas p\u00fablicas, instalando&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>37 techados<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;en \u00e1reas de educaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.
