En sus redes sociales, relat\u00f3 que, al regresar de Teoloyucan, observ\u00f3 a un automovilista varado siendo resguardado por una patrulla de Tonanitla, a cuyos elementos solicit\u00f3 retirarse debido a que no ten\u00edan jurisdicci\u00f3n en la zona. La senadora record\u00f3 que existe un acuerdo con el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico que establece que solo la Polic\u00eda Estatal puede intervenir en ese territorio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La situaci\u00f3n escal\u00f3 cuando el presidente municipal de Tonanitla lleg\u00f3 al lugar, seg\u00fan Guti\u00e9rrez, con una actitud agresiva hacia los miembros de la Guardia Civil, provocando incluso una denuncia formal por parte de una oficial de la corporaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se realizaron disparos al aire, lo que llev\u00f3 a su equipo de seguridad a resguardarla y evacuarla del \u00e1rea.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guti\u00e9rrez conden\u00f3 la violencia y el abuso de autoridad, subrayando que los conflictos deben resolverse de manera institucional. Record\u00f3 que este no es un hecho aislado, pues anteriormente el mismo funcionario ha causado afectaciones a los usuarios del AIFA con bloqueos injustificados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La senadora inst\u00f3 a las autoridades a respetar los acuerdos firmados hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y a buscar soluciones que beneficien a los habitantes.
