Entre los logros m\u00e1s destacados est\u00e1 la apertura de una unidad de la Universidad Pedag\u00f3gica Nacional (UPN), un hito que ampl\u00eda las opciones educativas para los j\u00f3venes de la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gracias a las gestiones del presidente municipal, se rehabilitaron las instalaciones que albergan esta universidad, convirti\u00e9ndose en la segunda instituci\u00f3n de nivel superior dentro del municipio, junto con la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica Fidel Vel\u00e1zquez (UTFV). Esto evita que los estudiantes tengan que trasladarse a otros municipios o a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para continuar sus estudios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El compromiso del gobierno local tambi\u00e9n se refleja en la recuperaci\u00f3n de un plantel abandonado, ahora convertido en la Secundaria Nueva Creaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en la implementaci\u00f3n de programas como las Becas Bicentenario, dirigidas a quienes necesitan completar alg\u00fan nivel educativo. Adem\u00e1s, se promovieron talleres y pl\u00e1ticas dirigidos a estudiantes, padres de familia y personal docente, fortaleciendo el entorno acad\u00e9mico y social.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El municipio cuenta con diversas unidades de apoyo educativo, como la de Psicopedagog\u00eda, que dise\u00f1a intervenciones escolares, y la de Preparatoria Abierta. Tambi\u00e9n se firmaron convenios con instituciones como la UNAM (FES Acatl\u00e1n y FES Cuautitl\u00e1n), la UAM (planteles Azcapotzalco y Cuajimalpa), y la UAEM de Atizap\u00e1n, fortaleciendo la oferta educativa en la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En materia de infraestructura, se construyeron 24 aulas distribuidas en 15 centros educativos, beneficiando a 3,783 estudiantes.
