El objetivo es reducir los largos tiempos de traslado que afectan a los ciudadanos y mejorar la calidad del transporte p\u00fablico en la regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Monterrey, que ocupa el tercer lugar a nivel nacional en congesti\u00f3n vehicular despu\u00e9s de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Tijuana, registra un promedio de 54 horas anuales perdidas en tr\u00e1nsito, seg\u00fan el informe&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><em>INRIX 2023 Global Traffic Scorecard<\/em><\/strong><strong>. A nivel global, se posiciona en el lugar 50 entre las ciudades con mayores problemas de tr\u00e1fico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El llamado incluye a los municipios de Apodaca, Garc\u00eda, San Pedro Garza Garc\u00eda, Monterrey, Guadalupe, entre otros que conforman la zona metropolitana, inst\u00e1ndolos a trabajar de manera conjunta en soluciones que garanticen el derecho a la movilidad y la seguridad vial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La senadora Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante, presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n, subray\u00f3 que es imprescindible coordinar esfuerzos para enfrentar los retos de transporte en una de las zonas urbanas m\u00e1s din\u00e1micas del pa\u00eds. Por su parte, la senadora Karina Isabel Ruiz Ruiz propuso incluir en el exhorto una solicitud a la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana de Nuevo Le\u00f3n para que, con apoyo de especialistas, reestructure de manera urgente la estrategia de movilidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esta reestructuraci\u00f3n buscar\u00eda implementar soluciones integrales que mejoren el transporte p\u00fablico, reduzcan el tr\u00e1nsito y garanticen el bienestar y seguridad de los habitantes de Monterrey y sus alrededores.
