{"id":7019,"date":"2024-11-26T15:58:06","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T21:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=7019"},"modified":"2024-11-26T15:58:08","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T21:58:08","slug":"senadora-mariela-gutierrez-destaca-la-movilidad-sustentable-como-prioridad-ambiental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=7019","title":{"rendered":"SENADORA MARIELA GUTI\u00c9RREZ DESTACA LA MOVILIDAD SUSTENTABLE COMO PRIORIDAD AMBIENTAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Urge reducir emisiones de carbono mediante transporte p\u00fablico eficiente y tecnolog\u00edas limpias.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO.-<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;En el marco del D\u00eda Mundial del Transporte Sostenible, la senadora Mariela Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante llam\u00f3 a reforzar el compromiso con la movilidad sustentable para disminuir las emisiones de carbono, fomentar el bienestar colectivo y mejorar la calidad de vida en las ciudades mexicanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Zonas Metropolitanas y Movilidad, Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante destac\u00f3 que el transporte p\u00fablico es el principal generador de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) en el pa\u00eds, mientras que el autotransporte privado y de carga ocupa el segundo lugar, aportando el 34% de las emisiones totales de di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2), seg\u00fan datos del Instituto Nacional de Ecolog\u00eda y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (INECC).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aunque ciudades como Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey han avanzado en la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas modernos como metro, troleb\u00fas y cableb\u00fas, la legisladora reconoci\u00f3 que gran parte de las zonas urbanas y rurales carecen de servicios de transporte eficientes, seguros y sostenibles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MEDIDAS PROPUESTAS PARA UNA TRANSICI\u00d3N VERDE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La senadora enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de promover alternativas de movilidad que reduzcan la contaminaci\u00f3n y mejoren la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Entre las principales acciones, destac\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>\u2022<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Transporte p\u00fablico sustentable<\/strong><strong>: Inversi\u00f3n en autobuses el\u00e9ctricos, trenes ligeros y sistemas de transporte colectivo que reduzcan emisiones y aumenten la eficiencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>\u2022<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Movilidad activa<\/strong><strong>: Fomento del uso de bicicletas y la construcci\u00f3n de ciclov\u00edas, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n de trayectos a pie en distancias cortas para reducir emisiones y mejorar la salud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>\u2022<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/strong><strong>: Adopci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles, scooters y autobuses impulsados por energ\u00eda limpia, destacando la importancia de fuentes renovables para recargar bater\u00edas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>\u2022<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda inteligente<\/strong><strong>: Uso de herramientas digitales para optimizar la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico y el transporte p\u00fablico compartido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la Zona Metropolitana del Valle de M\u00e9xico, ejemplific\u00f3, el Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro es el m\u00e1s utilizado, con m\u00e1s de 93 millones de usuarios anuales, seguido por el Metrob\u00fas y la Red de Transporte de Pasajeros (RTP), seg\u00fan cifras del INEGI. Sin embargo, la senadora subray\u00f3 la urgencia de expandir estas opciones y fomentar un uso compartido del transporte para descongestionar las vialidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UN RETO COMPARTIDO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guti\u00e9rrez Escalante reconoci\u00f3 que la transici\u00f3n hacia una movilidad sustentable es un desaf\u00edo que requiere el compromiso conjunto de los gobiernos, legisladores y ciudadan\u00eda.
