Moya Mar\u00edn reconoci\u00f3 la dedicaci\u00f3n y el compromiso de los empleados que, con su labor diaria, contribuyen al desarrollo del municipio, enfatizando que sin su esfuerzo, Naucalpan no habr\u00eda podido superar los retos de la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La alcaldesa record\u00f3 las dificultades econ\u00f3micas enfrentadas al inicio de su gesti\u00f3n, cuando la administraci\u00f3n pasada dej\u00f3 adeudos significativos en salarios y prestaciones. \u201cNos encontramos con una carga financiera que afectaba la estabilidad de los trabajadores municipales y sus familias, pero logramos solventarla\u201d, explic\u00f3 Moya Mar\u00edn, subrayando el compromiso de su gobierno por asegurar el bienestar laboral de todos los empleados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En su mensaje, la alcaldesa destac\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n entre el gobierno municipal y el SUTEyM, enfatizando que el respeto por los derechos laborales y la solidaridad son esenciales para una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica responsable. Asimismo, hizo un llamado a los futuros gobiernos a continuar con esta l\u00ednea de honestidad y compromiso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante el evento, el secretario general de la secci\u00f3n Naucalpan del SUTEyM, Tom\u00e1s Palomares Parra, agradeci\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente a Moya Mar\u00edn por cumplir con el pago de prestaciones para todos los trabajadores, recordando que \u201cser suteymista es una muestra de unidad y fortaleza en tiempos dif\u00edciles\u201d.
