Esta decisi\u00f3n impactar\u00e1 tanto a usuarios dom\u00e9sticos como a los sectores comercial, industrial e institucional, quienes podr\u00e1n elegir entre pagos mensuales, bimestrales o anticipados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Organismo de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento (OAPAS) de Naucalpan, que tiene autoridad para administrar estos servicios, explic\u00f3 que esta medida busca preservar la calidad y eficiencia del suministro sin imponer un aumento adicional en las tarifas. La directora general de OAPAS, Heidi Storsberg Montes, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es crucial ajustar las tarifas en funci\u00f3n de la UMA para cubrir costos operativos, como el pago del recurso h\u00eddrico en bloque a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) y a la Comisi\u00f3n de Agua del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CAEM), as\u00ed como los gastos de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, que representan un gasto bimestral significativo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante la Cent\u00e9sima Vig\u00e9sima Novena Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del cabildo, se detall\u00f3 que el OAPAS implementar\u00e1 los controles necesarios para asegurar que los servicios se presten de manera eficiente y transparente, evitando que cualquier cambio tarifario afecte la operaci\u00f3n del organismo.
