L\u00f3pez Olvera destac\u00f3 el cambio hist\u00f3rico que vive Nicol\u00e1s Romero con la llegada de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, asegurando que se trata de un proceso \u201cposible e inevitable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su discurso, el nuevo secretario resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la profesionalidad, el esfuerzo conjunto, la transparencia y el compromiso con los ciudadanos. A su vez, Navarrete reconoci\u00f3 la labor de Felipe de Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez G\u00f3mez, quien pronto asumir\u00e1 el rol de s\u00edndico municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de esta sesi\u00f3n, el alcalde anunci\u00f3 avances en infraestructura clave para la regi\u00f3n. Entre los proyectos destacados, inform\u00f3 sobre la pr\u00f3xima inauguraci\u00f3n del Centro de Convivencia del Poder Judicial y adelant\u00f3 que se construir\u00e1 un hospital del IMSS con mayor capacidad que el de Lomas Verdes, en Naucalpan, lo cual beneficiar\u00e1 a la poblaci\u00f3n de Nicol\u00e1s Romero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Navarrete agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo de los regidores para los trabajos de bacheo en distintas vialidades del municipio, con el objetivo de mejorar la movilidad. Anunci\u00f3 que se gestionan recursos para aplicar mezcla fr\u00eda en aquellas comunidades que lo requieran.
