La fecha de publicaci\u00f3n, coincidente con la conmemoraci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, resalta la importancia de este documento como una carta magna local que debe regir la vida cotidiana en beneficio de todos los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moya Mar\u00edn entreg\u00f3 el Bando Municipal a representantes de Consejos de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Asociaciones de Colonos, inst\u00e1ndolos a cumplir con sus disposiciones para promover la armon\u00eda social. Enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de mantener un orden establecido y evitar modificaciones que busquen adecuar la normativa a intereses particulares, en detrimento del Estado de Derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Alberto Bucardo Castro, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Colonos de Bosques de Echegaray, destac\u00f3 la relevancia del Bando Municipal para prevenir abusos de poder y promover el respeto a los derechos y obligaciones tanto de los servidores p\u00fablicos como de los habitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedro Antonio Fontaine Mart\u00ednez, secretario del Ayuntamiento, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de las Constituciones de 1857 y 1917 como pilares del M\u00e9xico actual, mientras que la alcaldesa Moya Mar\u00edn mencion\u00f3 los cambios significativos en el Bando Municipal 2024, como el aumento de multas por desperdicio de agua y la implementaci\u00f3n del &#8216;Sistema de Protesta Ciudadana&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas medidas reflejan el compromiso del gobierno municipal de Naucalpan con la transparencia, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el respeto a la ley como elementos fundamentales para el desarrollo sostenible y la convivencia pac\u00edfica en la comunidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Naucalpan, M\u00e9x.- Durante la ceremonia de promulgaci\u00f3n del Bando Municipal de Naucalpan, la alcaldesa Ang\u00e9lica Moya Mar\u00edn enfatiz\u00f3 el compromiso de devolver a Naucalpan su grandeza y esplendor hist\u00f3rico.
