{"id":52,"date":"2024-01-04T20:03:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T02:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=52"},"modified":"2024-01-05T20:04:31","modified_gmt":"2024-01-06T02:04:31","slug":"apoyo-a-la-economia-familiar-descuentos-en-predio-y-agua-en-coacalco-para-el-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=52","title":{"rendered":"Apoyo a la Econom\u00eda Familiar: Descuentos en predio y agua en Coacalco para el 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Durante los primeros tres meses del 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Coacalco, M\u00e9x.- Con el objetivo de respaldar la econom\u00eda de las familias, el Gobierno de Coacalco 2022-2024 liderado por el presidente David S\u00e1nchez Isidoro ofrece descuentos a los contribuyentes cumplidos que realicen pagos anticipados de predio y derechos de agua potable durante los primeros tres meses del 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubaldo Lastra Ram\u00edrez, tesorero municipal, detall\u00f3 que los descuentos para el impuesto predial son del 8% en enero, 6% en febrero y 4% en marzo, con una bonificaci\u00f3n adicional del 34% para grupos vulnerables durante el mismo periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los contribuyentes cumplidos de los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os recibir\u00e1n un extra del 8% en enero, 6% en febrero y 2% en marzo, junto con cobertura de apoyo a siniestros y gastos funerarios por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los grupos vulnerables incluyen jubilados, pensionados, adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad, viudas, viudos, madres solteras, personas sin ingreso fijo y aquellos con percepci\u00f3n diaria no mayor a tres salarios m\u00ednimos. Los pagos pueden realizarse en la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, ubicada en el Palacio Municipal, de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 horas y s\u00e1bados de 9:00 a 13:00 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los descuentos en el Servicio de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento de Coacalco (SAPASAC), ser\u00e1n del 8%, 6% y 4% en enero, febrero y marzo, respectivamente. Los usuarios pertenecientes a grupos vulnerables recibir\u00e1n un 38%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellos cumplidos en 2022 y 2023 obtendr\u00e1n un descuento adicional del 4% en enero y 2% en febrero. Los pagos pueden efectuarse en las oficinas centrales del SAPASAC, ubicadas en avenida Zarzaparrillas esquina Yutes, Los H\u00e9roes Coacalco.
