{"id":4262,"date":"2024-07-16T18:48:41","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T00:48:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=4262"},"modified":"2024-07-16T18:48:49","modified_gmt":"2024-07-17T00:48:49","slug":"delfina-gomez-firma-convenio-para-regularizacion-de-predios-y-viviendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=4262","title":{"rendered":"DELFINA G\u00d3MEZ FIRMA CONVENIO PARA REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE PREDIOS Y VIVIENDAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Con el objetivo de brindar certeza jur\u00eddica sobre el patrimonio a los mexiquenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Toluca, M\u00e9x.- La Gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, ha firmado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico para la regularizaci\u00f3n de predios y viviendas. Este acuerdo, que contempla figuras jur\u00eddicas como la inmatriculaci\u00f3n judicial y los juicios sumarios, ordinarios y de usucapi\u00f3n, busca agilizar tr\u00e1mites y generar ahorros en beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon el trabajo colaborativo entre instituciones y la ciudadan\u00eda, estamos transformando el Estado de M\u00e9xico en una tierra de bienestar para todos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la Gobernadora G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez. \u201cInvito a todos los mexiquenses que a\u00fan no tienen regularizada su propiedad o tierra a aprovechar esta gran oportunidad. Con este convenio no solo se regulariza la tenencia de la tierra, sino tambi\u00e9n se asegura el patrimonio familiar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Gobernadora record\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n estatal est\u00e1 enfocada en rehabilitar y construir calles, unidades deportivas, mercados, hospitales y espacios culturales mediante el Programa de Obra P\u00fablica, al cual se han destinado mil 500 millones de pesos para proyectos urbanos y de movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Poder de Servir est\u00e1 adelante y sigue trabajando. Somos un Gobierno sensible y cercano a las necesidades de la gente\u201d, agreg\u00f3 G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez. \u201cRecorremos los 125 municipios del Estado de M\u00e9xico para impulsar acciones que favorezcan la seguridad del patrimonio de los mexiquenses, especialmente de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de las iniciativas en la entidad, se implementan programas para la entrega de t\u00edtulos de propiedad y posesi\u00f3n a ejidatarios y campesinos, beneficiando a 2 mil 300 personas con certeza jur\u00eddica sobre su patrimonio. Adicionalmente, se llevan a cabo las Caravanas Itinerantes por la Justicia Social, que permiten a los ciudadanos realizar tr\u00e1mites como actas de nacimiento y correcci\u00f3n de CURP sin necesidad de trasladarse a otros municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Gobernadora reconoci\u00f3 la labor del Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico, el Colegio de Notarios, el Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social y el Instituto de la Funci\u00f3n Registral por su compromiso con la certeza jur\u00eddica del patrimonio de las familias mexiquenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ricardo Sodi Cuellar, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, destac\u00f3 la dedicaci\u00f3n de la Gobernadora en programas que brindan beneficios sociales.
