Este evento busca generar pol\u00edticas y programas que fomenten el desarrollo y visibilizaci\u00f3n de este sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abDebemos enfrentar los desaf\u00edos y encontrar soluciones, proporcionando a estas mujeres las herramientas necesarias para transformar sus vidas, sus familias y sus comunidades\u00bb, manifest\u00f3 la Gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez durante su discurso inaugural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Gobernadora destac\u00f3 que en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de mujeres viven en \u00e1reas rurales, con un 76 por ciento de ellas participando en labores productivas. Sin embargo, estas mujeres enfrentan discriminaci\u00f3n, falta de propiedad de la tierra, y acceso limitado a cr\u00e9ditos, insumos, salud y educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abA pesar de sus contribuciones significativas, muchas mujeres rurales viven en pobreza y son discriminadas. Est\u00e1n en desventaja frente a los hombres y las mujeres urbanas. Es fundamental promover programas que aseguren el conocimiento y el ejercicio de sus derechos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 la Gobernadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ada por Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretario General de Gobierno, la Gobernadora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que conocer de primera mano las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n es clave para una gobernanza efectiva, siguiendo el ejemplo del Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEspero que este Foro no solo sea un encuentro, sino que tambi\u00e9n sirva para desarrollar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas efectivas\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 la Gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f3nica Ch\u00e1vez Dur\u00e1n, Secretaria de las Mujeres, mencion\u00f3 que en la entidad hay 398 mil 191 n\u00facleos agrarios certificados, de los cuales el 30 por ciento son gestionados por mujeres. El gobierno estatal trabaja en conjunto con diversas instituciones para regularizar los derechos agrarios de estas mujeres, mediante las Jornadas de Justicia Itinerante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rojano Vald\u00e9s, Secretaria del Campo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este foro es una de las acciones para garantizar los derechos de las mujeres campesinas, promoviendo su bienestar y desarrollo.
