{"id":3850,"date":"2024-06-24T18:33:58","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T00:33:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=3850"},"modified":"2024-06-24T18:34:05","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T00:34:05","slug":"imss-bienestar-inicia-proceso-de-basificacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=3850","title":{"rendered":"IMSS-BIENESTAR INICIA PROCESO DE BASIFICACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garantizando estabilidad laboral y justicia social a m\u00e1s de 9 mil plazas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Toluca, M\u00e9x.- El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)-Bienestar, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, ha comenzado un hist\u00f3rico proceso de basificaci\u00f3n para el personal de salud con contratos precarios. Este personal, que incluye a aquellos con contratos temporales sin prestaciones y sueldos dignos, finalmente recibir\u00e1 una estabilidad laboral acorde a un tabulador federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta primera fase, se otorgar\u00e1n 9,260 plazas permanentes en las \u00e1reas de medicina, enfermer\u00eda y param\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abHoy marca el inicio de un proceso hist\u00f3rico que mejorar\u00e1 las condiciones laborales de muchos trabajadores de la salud que durante a\u00f1os no contaron con un contrato permanente ni con prestaciones. Este es un paso hacia la justicia social\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Guadalupe Guerrero Avenda\u00f1o, coordinadora federal del IMSS-Bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guerrero Avenda\u00f1o detall\u00f3 que el proceso comenzar\u00e1 con la recopilaci\u00f3n de expedientes, evaluaciones psicom\u00e9tricas y ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos, culminando con la entrega de los nombramientos definitivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de presentar la documentaci\u00f3n requerida y superar las pruebas, los aspirantes deben cumplir con siete criterios: tener un contrato temporal, trabajar en un establecimiento de salud susceptible de ser transferido al IMSS-Bienestar, tener antig\u00fcedad en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, cumplir con el perfil acad\u00e9mico y laboral adecuado, demostrar un buen desempe\u00f1o en capacitaci\u00f3n y habilidades, no tener una plaza permanente en otra instituci\u00f3n del sector salud como IMSS o ISSSTE, y no estar inhabilitado para el servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los candidatos del Estado de M\u00e9xico que completen satisfactoriamente este proceso ser\u00e1n contratados por el Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado (OPD) IMSS-Bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLo m\u00e1s importante es la seguridad que la basificaci\u00f3n brinda a los trabajadores y sus familias.
