Adem\u00e1s, se comprometi\u00f3 a trabajar en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y programas que fomenten el cuidado y la defensa de los derechos de los animales en Naucalpan y en todo el territorio mexiquense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su discurso, el candidato inst\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a unir esfuerzos para construir una agenda com\u00fan. Esta agenda buscar\u00e1 endurecer las penas y sanciones contra quienes maltraten a los animales y crear\u00e1 una agenda animalista enfocada en establecer Centros de Atenci\u00f3n para Animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la firma del Compromiso por el Bienestar Animal, una iniciativa de Ang\u00e9lica y Carlos del Valle, Rescala subray\u00f3 la importancia de regular la tenencia responsable de mascotas, promover la esterilizaci\u00f3n, y crear conciencia sobre el respeto y cuidado de los animales.
