Durante su encuentro con estas comunidades, Serrano Palacios enfatiz\u00f3 en la importancia de fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana y el rescate de las unidades habitacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abVamos a cambiar el modelo de seguridad. Actualmente, el municipio se recorre a trav\u00e9s de porciones muy grandes de territorio que se denominan sectores. Ahora, vamos a pasar de 8 sectores a tener 123 cuadrantes\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Serrano Palacios a habitantes de la colonia La Presita, sobre su propuesta de polic\u00eda de proximidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato detall\u00f3 que se implementar\u00e1 una aplicaci\u00f3n de bot\u00f3n de p\u00e1nico, que permitir\u00e1 a los ciudadanos solicitar asistencia policial. Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 que tanto las patrullas como los chalecos de los agentes contar\u00e1n con c\u00e1maras de grabaci\u00f3n para monitorear las interacciones de los oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su visita a la Unidad Habitacional Consorcio, Serrano Palacios expuso la necesidad de implementar un plan de rescate a las unidades habitacionales: \u00abHabr\u00e1 un programa especial para ayudar a atender las unidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que el programa tendr\u00e1 un presupuesto participativo, \u00abuna herramienta que es usada en muchas otras ciudades y que implica generar una asamblea, un mecanismo y una votaci\u00f3n para que la ciudadan\u00eda vaya jerarquizando las necesidades y habr\u00e1 una parte del presupuesto que se va a ejecutar por la ciudadan\u00eda\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre la posibilidad de realizar un debate, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que siempre estar\u00e1 dispuesto a participar, sin embargo, es importante que los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n implicados no se encuentren presionados por agentes externos. \u00abConvocar a un debate deber\u00eda ser un ejercicio de absoluta libertad, donde al \u00e1rbitro del partido no le est\u00e9n apuntando desde la tribuna, porque entonces puede sentirse presionado para inclinarse hacia alg\u00fan lado\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Izcalli, M\u00e9x.- Este mi\u00e9rcoles, vecinos de la Unidad Habitacional Consorcio y de las colonias La Presita y Bosques de la Hacienda 1\u00aa Secci\u00f3n recibieron a Daniel Serrano Palacios, candidato a&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2311,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[42,38],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2310","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-elecciones-2024","category-izcalli"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
