NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La estrategia de seguridad implementada en Naucalpan fue expuesta como caso de referencia durante el Encuentro Nacional de Ciudades Seguras 2026, donde el alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez comparti\u00f3 los resultados alcanzados por su administraci\u00f3n en materia de prevenci\u00f3n del delito, fortalecimiento policial y recuperaci\u00f3n de la confianza ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro realizado en el marco de la Expo Seguridad M\u00e9xico, el tambi\u00e9n Vicepresidente Nacional de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Autoridades Locales de M\u00e9xico (AALMAC) explic\u00f3 que una de las primeras decisiones de su gobierno fue replantear el modelo de seguridad municipal para enfrentar los altos \u00edndices delictivos y la percepci\u00f3n de inseguridad que enfrentaba Naucalpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante comisarios y responsables de seguridad p\u00fablica de distintas regiones del pa\u00eds, destac\u00f3 que el municipio logr\u00f3 salir de la lista de las ciudades con mayor percepci\u00f3n de inseguridad, de acuerdo con la Encuesta Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica Urbana (ENSU) del INEGI, adem\u00e1s de registrar una disminuci\u00f3n en delitos de alto impacto, seg\u00fan cifras del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montoya M\u00e1rquez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el fortalecimiento operativo incluy\u00f3 el incremento del parque vehicular de seguridad, al pasar de 160 a 420 patrullas, as\u00ed como la incorporaci\u00f3n de drones, bodycams, rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Tecallis convertidos en centros de videovigilancia tipo C2, mejoras salariales para los elementos y la depuraci\u00f3n de 160 integrantes de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde destac\u00f3 que la confianza ciudadana en las instituciones municipales tambi\u00e9n muestra una recuperaci\u00f3n significativa. Record\u00f3 que Naucalpan lleg\u00f3 a registrar niveles de percepci\u00f3n de inseguridad cercanos al 94 por ciento y actualmente presenta una reducci\u00f3n importante, acompa\u00f1ada de un aumento en la confianza hacia las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los resultados presentados sobresale tambi\u00e9n la disminuci\u00f3n del robo de veh\u00edculos. Con base en datos de la aseguradora OCRA, Naucalpan registra una reducci\u00f3n cercana al 61 por ciento en este delito, al pasar de nueve unidades robadas diariamente a un promedio de 3.8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo Centro Inteligente de Seguridad, Equidad y Justicia, conocido como C4, y la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 280 Redes Municipales de Seguridad (REMUS) en distintas comunidades, cuya capacidad de respuesta ronda los cuatro minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente municipal inform\u00f3 que los delitos de alto impacto presentan una reducci\u00f3n de 35.8 por ciento y atribuy\u00f3 parte de estos resultados a la coordinaci\u00f3n con la Estrategia Operativa Oriente impulsada por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico y el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el encuentro nacional, Isaac Montoya tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 como testigo de honor en la toma de protesta de los nuevos coordinadores nacionales de Comisarios y Jefes de Seguridad Municipal, adem\u00e1s de recorrer la Expo Seguridad M\u00e9xico para conocer nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y herramientas que puedan fortalecer las acciones de protecci\u00f3n ciudadana en Naucalpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
