\u2022M\u00e1s agua, m\u00e1s vialidades rehabilitadas y nueva maquinaria fortalecen la infraestructura urbana en beneficio de miles de familias<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IZCALLI, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli avanza simult\u00e1neamente en dos de las demandas m\u00e1s recurrentes de la poblaci\u00f3n: el abastecimiento de agua potable y la mejora de las vialidades. Durante la conferencia semanal \u201cEl Poder del Pueblo\u201d, el presidente municipal Daniel Serrano present\u00f3 resultados que reflejan una mayor capacidad operativa del gobierno local para atender ambos rubros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los avances m\u00e1s relevantes corresponde a la recuperaci\u00f3n de siete pozos de agua potable, intervenci\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 reincorporar a la red municipal 15.5 millones de litros diarios y beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 106 mil habitantes de alrededor de 30 colonias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los trabajos incluyeron cepillado, pistoneo, aforos, rehabilitaci\u00f3n de columnas y sustituci\u00f3n de equipos de bombeo para restablecer condiciones \u00f3ptimas de operaci\u00f3n. Entre los pozos recuperados destacan los identificados como 260, 264 y 4 Milpas, en la zona de San Miguel, que abastecen a m\u00e1s de 44 mil habitantes de comunidades como Paseos de Izcalli, Ex Hacienda San Miguel, Las Cofrad\u00edas y la Unidad Habitacional L\u00f3pez Mateos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ellos se suman los pozos 5 Bis y 19 del Ramal Atlamica, as\u00ed como Ensue\u00f1os y Chopos, este \u00faltimo recuperado por la actual administraci\u00f3n tras encontrarse en manos de particulares. Estas fuentes de abastecimiento fortalecen el suministro para m\u00e1s de 59 mil personas de colonias como Centro Urbano, Ensue\u00f1os, Santa Rosa de Lima y Secci\u00f3n Parques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con Daniel Serrano, el volumen de agua recuperado permitir\u00eda abastecer aproximadamente a una cuarta parte de la poblaci\u00f3n izcallense, tomando como referencia los par\u00e1metros de consumo recomendados por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paralelamente, el gobierno municipal mantiene una estrategia permanente para mejorar la infraestructura vial. Entre enero y mayo de 2026 fueron aplicadas 6 mil 603.90 toneladas de mezcla asf\u00e1ltica, equivalente a casi 44 toneladas diarias y un promedio de 34 baches atendidos cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante este periodo se colocaron 1,449.75 toneladas en enero; 1,254.70 en febrero; 1,367.72 en marzo; 1,286.48 en abril y 1,245.25 toneladas en mayo. Como resultado, se rehabilitaron 59 mil 134.06 metros cuadrados de superficie y se atendieron 5 mil 190 baches en distintos puntos del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde destac\u00f3 que los trabajos comienzan a reflejarse en la percepci\u00f3n ciudadana, pues las evaluaciones sobre servicios p\u00fablicos muestran una opini\u00f3n m\u00e1s favorable respecto al mantenimiento de calles y avenidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas iniciar\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal que operar\u00e1 un nuevo tren de pavimentaci\u00f3n adquirido por el Ayuntamiento, inversi\u00f3n que se suma a la incorporaci\u00f3n de una m\u00e1quina bacheadora especializada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estas herramientas, el municipio contar\u00e1 con cuatro mecanismos de atenci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea: cuadrillas de trabajo, m\u00e1quinas bacheadoras, tren de pavimentaci\u00f3n y obras ejecutadas mediante contrato, esquema que permitir\u00e1 evolucionar de un programa de bacheo a una estrategia integral de rehabilitaci\u00f3n vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Serrano afirm\u00f3 que estas acciones buscan fortalecer la infraestructura urbana, mejorar la movilidad, garantizar servicios m\u00e1s eficientes y elevar la calidad de vida de las familias de Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
