\u2022M\u00e1s de mil 300 integrantes trabajar\u00e1n en estrategias de mediaci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y justicia c\u00edvica para combatir las causas de la violencia en municipios mexiquenses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOLUCA, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El Estado de M\u00e9xico puso en marcha una nueva estrategia enfocada en prevenir conflictos y reconstruir la convivencia comunitaria. La gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez encabez\u00f3 en Toluca la instalaci\u00f3n y toma de protesta de los primeros 99 Consejos de Paz y Justicia C\u00edvica, integrados por alrededor de mil 300 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa, impulsada en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n federal, busca fortalecer mecanismos de di\u00e1logo, conciliaci\u00f3n y mediaci\u00f3n para atender factores que generan violencia en las comunidades mexiquenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTrabajando en equipo con la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n y los tres \u00f3rdenes de Gobierno, la Justicia C\u00edvica nos permitir\u00e1 actuar de manera preventiva, con un enfoque de proximidad, privilegiando el di\u00e1logo, la mediaci\u00f3n, la conciliaci\u00f3n y la convivencia pac\u00edfica\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la mandataria estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el acto, Delfina G\u00f3mez destac\u00f3 que el Estado de M\u00e9xico cuenta desde 2023 con una Ley de Justicia C\u00edvica, herramienta que ha permitido consolidar acciones enfocadas en la construcci\u00f3n de paz y la atenci\u00f3n preventiva de conflictos sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La gobernadora asegur\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre autoridades federales, estatales y municipales ha contribuido a reducir en m\u00e1s de 60 por ciento el promedio diario de homicidios entre septiembre de 2024 y mayo de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa estrategia de seguridad impulsada por nuestra Presidenta est\u00e1 dando resultados en favor de la tranquilidad de las familias mexicanas y mexiquenses\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los nuevos Consejos de Paz y Justicia C\u00edvica tendr\u00e1n la tarea de realizar diagn\u00f3sticos territoriales, definir prioridades y dar seguimiento a acciones comunitarias, adem\u00e1s de trabajar de manera complementaria con los Comit\u00e9s de Paz en distintos municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Roc\u00edo B\u00e1rcena Molina, subsecretaria de Construcci\u00f3n de Paz, Participaci\u00f3n Social y Asuntos Religiosos de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n, reconoci\u00f3 al Estado de M\u00e9xico como una de las entidades con mayores avances en la instalaci\u00f3n de estos organismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tanto, Horacio Duarte Olivares, secretario general de Gobierno estatal, llam\u00f3 a alcaldes y alcaldesas a fortalecer pol\u00edticas preventivas para combatir violencia, desigualdad y exclusi\u00f3n social desde el \u00e1mbito comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al evento acudieron integrantes del gabinete estatal, representantes del Poder Judicial y Legislativo, autoridades federales, la Fiscal\u00eda mexiquense, presidentes municipales y representantes de instituciones religiosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
