\u2022El programa \u201cProtege tu techo con amor 2026\u201d entreg\u00f3 impermeabilizante a 150 familias y ampl\u00eda apoyos para vivienda social<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEPOTZOTL\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La temporada de lluvias encontr\u00f3 respuesta en Tepotzotl\u00e1n con la segunda entrega del programa \u201cProtege tu techo con amor 2026\u201d, mediante el cual 150 familias de distintas comunidades recibieron impermeabilizante para mejorar las condiciones de sus viviendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada fue encabezada por la alcaldesa Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Zuppa Villegas, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el programa fue dise\u00f1ado para atender necesidades prioritarias de familias que enfrentan dificultades para realizar mejoras en sus hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDetr\u00e1s de cada techo hay una familia, hay ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes, adultos mayores que necesitan espacios seguros y protegidos ante las inclemencias del tiempo. Por eso decidimos impulsar este programa que representa tranquilidad, prevenci\u00f3n y bienestar para nuestros hogares\u201d, expres\u00f3 durante la entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal explic\u00f3 que el apoyo no se limita \u00fanicamente al material entregado, sino que busca fortalecer la seguridad y estabilidad de las viviendas ante filtraciones y da\u00f1os derivados de las lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que los impermeabilizantes fueron adquiridos mediante procesos transparentes y de licitaci\u00f3n, garantizando est\u00e1ndares de calidad. Como parte de la estrategia, las y los beneficiarios tambi\u00e9n recibieron capacitaci\u00f3n para la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsta cubeta representa mucho m\u00e1s que material, representa cuidado, protecci\u00f3n y amor para el hogar. Cuando protegemos una casa, tambi\u00e9n protegemos los sue\u00f1os de una familia\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la edil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento, Zuppa Villegas reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo del Cabildo de Tepotzotl\u00e1n \u2014integrado por s\u00edndico, regidoras y regidores\u2014 por aprobar programas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas enfocadas en vivienda y bienestar social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los apoyos impulsados por el gobierno municipal se encuentran impermeabilizantes, l\u00e1minas, tinacos, biodigestores, calentadores solares y cuartos dormitorio, acciones dirigidas a mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias tepotzotlenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ayuntamiento reiter\u00f3 que estos programas continuar\u00e1n desarroll\u00e1ndose bajo criterios de responsabilidad financiera y atenci\u00f3n cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda, priorizando las necesidades b\u00e1sicas de las comunidades del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
