ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2013 Frente al crecimiento acelerado que vive Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, Luis Monta\u00f1o Garc\u00eda lanz\u00f3 una propuesta que apunta hacia la modernizaci\u00f3n total del municipio: incorporar inteligencia artificial y rob\u00f3tica en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica para optimizar servicios, reducir burocracia y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta del gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la Conferencia sobre Inteligencia Artificial organizada por el Human & Nonhuman Communication Lab de la Universidad An\u00e1huac Norte, el delegado del PVEM en Atizap\u00e1n asegur\u00f3 que la demarcaci\u00f3n enfrenta una expansi\u00f3n constante, con la llegada promedio de cuatro familias al d\u00eda, situaci\u00f3n que obliga a replantear la planeaci\u00f3n urbana y el uso de recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis Monta\u00f1o explic\u00f3 que la inteligencia artificial podr\u00eda utilizarse para anticipar necesidades en rubros como pavimentaci\u00f3n, alumbrado y seguridad p\u00fablica, adem\u00e1s de detectar mediante geolocalizaci\u00f3n las zonas con mayores carencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLos robots ya forman parte de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos en empresas globales; ahora debemos analizar c\u00f3mo integrarlos en los gobiernos sin desplazar a la fuerza laboral, sino complementarla\u201d, afirm\u00f3 ante empresarios y directivos de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El representante ecologista sostuvo que Atizap\u00e1n debe evolucionar hacia un modelo de municipio digital y competitivo que permita atraer inversi\u00f3n y fortalecer el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese proceso, advirti\u00f3 que las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas podr\u00edan quedar rezagadas si no incorporan herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas en sus operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl acceso a la inteligencia artificial debe democratizarse. Si las pymes no se incorporan a estas herramientas, corren el riesgo de profundizar su rezago. Por el contrario, su adopci\u00f3n puede detonar productividad, competitividad y nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Luis Monta\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dirigente tambi\u00e9n abord\u00f3 el impacto de la tecnolog\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito educativo y pidi\u00f3 fomentar un uso responsable de plataformas como ChatGPT entre ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes, aclarando que estas herramientas deben servir como apoyo acad\u00e9mico y no sustituir el aprendizaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, adelant\u00f3 que seguir\u00e1n promoviendo encuentros entre ciudadan\u00eda, empresarios y especialistas para impulsar una adopci\u00f3n informada de las tecnolog\u00edas emergentes en Atizap\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la conferencia particip\u00f3 el acad\u00e9mico e investigador Jorge Hidalgo Toledo, quien revel\u00f3 que actualmente el 57 por ciento de las empresas ya utilizan inteligencia artificial, principalmente en \u00e1reas de ventas y recursos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El especialista destac\u00f3 que la implementaci\u00f3n de estas herramientas debe orientarse hacia la innovaci\u00f3n, la eficiencia y la construcci\u00f3n de liderazgos con enfoque humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
