\u2022Un BMW robado, armas, drogas y una persecuci\u00f3n en Zona Esmeralda llevaron a la captura de cuatro personas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Una camioneta BMW vinculada con el asesinato m\u00faltiple de una familia en Azcapotzalco termin\u00f3 por delatar a cuatro presuntos implicados que fueron detenidos en operativos desplegados entre Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza y Zona Esmeralda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La captura se logr\u00f3 mediante acciones coordinadas entre la Polic\u00eda de Atizap\u00e1n, la Secretar\u00eda de Marina y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, luego de que el sistema de videovigilancia C-4 detectara a personas armadas circulando sobre Calzada de los Jinetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras el reporte v\u00eda radiofrecuencia, elementos municipales activaron un dispositivo de b\u00fasqueda que permiti\u00f3 ubicar un veh\u00edculo BMW X5 modelo 2026 color gris. Dentro viajaban un hombre y una mujer que fueron interceptados por las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la revisi\u00f3n, los agentes localizaron un arma de fuego calibre 9 mil\u00edmetros marca Ruger Prescott AZ-USA, dos cargadores con 10 cartuchos, un supresor y decenas de bolsas con presuntas sustancias il\u00edcitas: 40 envoltorios con hierba seca y 27 m\u00e1s con sustancia granulada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los detenidos fueron identificados como Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda \u201cN\u201d, de 21 a\u00f1os, y Mar\u00eda de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, de 24 a\u00f1os, quienes fueron trasladados a la Fiscal\u00eda de Asuntos Especiales en Toluca, donde se abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego y delitos contra la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las investigaciones permitieron confirmar que el BMW asegurado pertenec\u00eda presuntamente a una de las v\u00edctimas del multihomicidio ocurrido el pasado 28 de abril en la alcald\u00eda Azcapotzalco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Horas m\u00e1s tarde, trabajos de inteligencia entre la SSC capitalina y la Polic\u00eda de Atizap\u00e1n condujeron a un tercer implicado en las inmediaciones de Zona Esmeralda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con autoridades, el sujeto intent\u00f3 escapar y realiz\u00f3 detonaciones desde la azotea de un hotel contra los agentes que participaban en el operativo. Finalmente fue sometido y detenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hombre, identificado como Emiliano \u201cN\u201d, de 20 a\u00f1os, portaba un arma Smith & Wesson calibre 9 mil\u00edmetros con 11 cartuchos \u00fatiles, adem\u00e1s de dos tel\u00e9fonos celulares. Tambi\u00e9n se le asegur\u00f3 una camioneta GMC Yukon negra relacionada con el robo ocurrido durante los hechos investigados en Azcapotzalco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una acci\u00f3n adicional, autoridades detuvieron a Francisco Javier \u201cN\u201d, de 36 a\u00f1os, se\u00f1alado como presunta pareja sentimental de Mar\u00eda de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d. La Fiscal\u00eda le inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por cohecho y delitos contra la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las cuatro personas detenidas fueron puestas a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades correspondientes. Conforme al art\u00edculo 13 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, todas mantienen la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia hasta que se determine su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
