Las familias depend\u00edan de pipas para cubrir necesidades b\u00e1sicas ante la ausencia de infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica. Ese escenario comenz\u00f3 a cambiar con la puesta en operaci\u00f3n del pozo de agua potable \u201cEncinos\u201d, inaugurado por el gobierno municipal encabezado por la alcaldesa Juanita Carrillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra fue presentada como una de las acciones prioritarias para enfrentar el rezago en el suministro de agua y atender el crecimiento poblacional en distintas comunidades del municipio. De acuerdo con la presidenta municipal, este pozo es apenas el primero de seis proyectos similares contemplados dentro de una estrategia integral de abastecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl agua es un derecho humano. Lo que nos corresponde como gobierno es generar las condiciones para que llegue a todas y todos, y hoy este pozo es una realidad para la comunidad de Encinos\u201d, declar\u00f3 la alcaldesa durante el acto inaugural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo sistema permitir\u00e1 reducir la dependencia de camiones cisterna en una zona que durante a\u00f1os enfrent\u00f3 interrupciones constantes y falta de acceso regular al servicio. Autoridades municipales se\u00f1alaron que el funcionamiento del pozo requerir\u00e1 supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica permanente, adem\u00e1s de una administraci\u00f3n responsable para asegurar su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juanita Carrillo tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que ya avanzan nuevas obras hidr\u00e1ulicas en Santa Elena, Misiones, Rancho San Blas y San Mateo, puntos donde se busca ampliar la cobertura y fortalecer la distribuci\u00f3n de agua potable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inauguraci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 con presencia y respaldo de habitantes de la comunidad, quienes respaldaron la apertura de la obra pese a intentos de bloqueo atribuidos a actores pol\u00edticos.
