NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Lo que durante tres d\u00e9cadas fue un paso improvisado hoy opera como un cruce formal. En la zona de Tabiquera 5, el llamado Puente del INE qued\u00f3 totalmente reconstruido para tr\u00e1nsito peatonal y vehicular, conectando a varias comunidades y beneficiando a cerca de 140 mil personas que por a\u00f1os utilizaron una estructura hecha con materiales sobrantes y considerada de riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n fue el cierre de una jornada encabezada por el alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez en San Rafael Chamapa 4a Secci\u00f3n, donde tambi\u00e9n se puso en marcha una Base Operativa C2. Este centro funcionar\u00e1 como nodo regional con videovigilancia, atenci\u00f3n de emergencias e infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica para reducir la incidencia delictiva, con cobertura para m\u00e1s de 40 mil habitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo C2 incorpora iluminaci\u00f3n, torretas, altavoces y una fachada de cristal que reconfigura la imagen del sector seguridad. Adem\u00e1s, se proyecta su operaci\u00f3n como \u201cpunto violeta\u201d en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Instituto de las Mujeres, para activar protocolos de atenci\u00f3n ante situaciones de violencia, particularmente hacia mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A unos metros de esta base, el gobierno municipal entreg\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n con pavimento hidr\u00e1ulico de la cerrada Benito Ju\u00e1rez, calle Rosario Castellanos y Continuaci\u00f3n Benito Ju\u00e1rez. Con una inversi\u00f3n de 10 millones de pesos, los trabajos incluyeron demolici\u00f3n de carpeta da\u00f1ada, colocaci\u00f3n de losas de concreto MR-42 de 15 cent\u00edmetros de espesor, balizamiento, 30 luminarias, bolardos y reductores de velocidad. El impacto estimado supera los 120 mil beneficiarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montoya record\u00f3 el deterioro hist\u00f3rico de la zona, donde \u2014como vecino\u2014 la cerrada Benito Ju\u00e1rez era conocida como \u201cla calle de la ropa\u201d, debido a que los baches se rellenaban con prendas. \u201cDonde m\u00e1s hay que hacer, es donde menos se hab\u00eda hecho\u201d, sostuvo ante habitantes y funcionarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada incluy\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de la Mesa de Paz, actividades de Atenci\u00f3n a las Causas y una Caminata por la Paz sobre Avenida de las Torres, en l\u00ednea con la estrategia federal impulsada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde subray\u00f3 que estas obras buscan revertir rezagos acumulados por a\u00f1os y consolidar infraestructura duradera alineada con la visi\u00f3n estatal y federal. \u201cEl pueblo manda, el gobierno obedece\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al reiterar que su administraci\u00f3n prioriza intervenciones que eleven la calidad de vida y la seguridad en zonas hist\u00f3ricamente relegadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
