\u2022Desde el Congreso mexiquense, respaldan agenda que reconoce violencia vicaria y digital; M\u00f3nica \u00c1lvarez Nemer asume liderazgo estatal<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOLUCA, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Con el relevo en la dirigencia del Colectivo 50+1 en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, la agenda de derechos para las mujeres tom\u00f3 nuevo impulso pol\u00edtico: la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez arrop\u00f3 la toma de protesta del comit\u00e9 directivo y coloc\u00f3 en el centro las reformas legales que ya operan en la entidad, como el reconocimiento de la violencia vicaria y la violencia digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acto, realizado en el Congreso local, marc\u00f3 la llegada de la diputada federal por el Distrito 34 de Toluca, M\u00f3nica \u00c1lvarez Nemer, a la presidencia del colectivo en la entidad. La mandataria estatal subray\u00f3 que este relevo abre una etapa para consolidar una ruta de trabajo conjunta entre poderes y sociedad civil, enfocada en garantizar condiciones de igualdad para las mexiquenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez deline\u00f3 que, en paralelo a programas en educaci\u00f3n, movilidad, infraestructura urbana, seguridad, salud, bienestar y vivienda, su administraci\u00f3n ha impulsado ajustes al marco jur\u00eddico. Entre ellos, las modificaciones a la Ley de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia y al C\u00f3digo Civil, que integran la violencia vicaria como figura legal para proteger a mujeres e hijos, as\u00ed como la violencia digital, sustentada en la llamada Ley Olimpia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A este paquete se suma la reforma constitucional estatal que dio paso al Juzgado LIBRE, dise\u00f1ado para emitir medidas de protecci\u00f3n urgentes en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s del Compromiso por la Igualdad firmado con los 125 municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su mensaje, la gobernadora enfatiz\u00f3 que los avances requieren articulaci\u00f3n territorial y acuerdos amplios. \u201cLos cambios deben ser colectivos y desde el territorio, generando alianzas y sumando voluntades\u201d, expres\u00f3 ante un auditorio integrado por pol\u00edticas, empresarias, magistradas, acad\u00e9micas y activistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, \u00c1lvarez Nemer asumi\u00f3 el encargo con el compromiso de impulsar una agenda alineada a la Agenda 2030, orientada a una vida igualitaria y a la defensa de derechos sociales, en un contexto que defini\u00f3 como \u201ctiempo de mujeres\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el evento participaron figuras del \u00e1mbito nacional y estatal, entre ellas Mar\u00eda Elena Orantes L\u00f3pez, presidenta de 50+1 Internacional; Martha Azucena Camacho Reynoso, titular de la Mesa Directiva de la LXII Legislatura local; Ana Lilia Herrera Anzaldo, presidenta saliente del cap\u00edtulo Estado de M\u00e9xico; as\u00ed como representantes del Congreso federal, del gabinete estatal y del propio colectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
