ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Antes de que un caso escale, la primera respuesta puede cambiar el desenlace. En Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza, 21 servidores p\u00fablicos ya cuentan con certificaci\u00f3n oficial para atender a mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero, tras acreditar el Est\u00e1ndar de Competencia EC0539.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La entrega fue encabezada por la presidenta honoraria del DIF Municipal, Paty Ar\u00e9valo, quien coloc\u00f3 el foco en la calidad del primer contacto institucional. Durante la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n el quinto regidor, Derek Isaac Cancino Aguilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl primer contacto es determinante: una palabra correcta, una escucha activa y un procedimiento adecuado pueden marcar la diferencia entre el miedo y la esperanza, entre el riesgo y la protecci\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 Ar\u00e9valo al destacar la relevancia de contar con personal preparado y sensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la Direcci\u00f3n de las Mujeres, Leticia Baca V\u00e1zquez precis\u00f3 que esta certificaci\u00f3n permite intervenir con criterios t\u00e9cnicos, empat\u00eda y responsabilidad, adem\u00e1s de identificar con mayor precisi\u00f3n el nivel de riesgo en cada situaci\u00f3n, evitando pr\u00e1cticas que revictimicen a las usuarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa forma parte de la estrategia del gobierno encabezado por el alcalde Pedro Rodr\u00edguez, orientada a reforzar protocolos, profesionalizar al personal y garantizar atenci\u00f3n digna desde el primer momento. Con ello, el municipio busca consolidar una respuesta institucional m\u00e1s eficaz frente a la violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
