NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El punto cr\u00edtico no es nuevo: casi tres d\u00e9cadas de riesgo por desgajamientos en la colonia Ol\u00edmpica Radio Segunda Secci\u00f3n. Hoy, ese frente comenz\u00f3 a modificarse con una intervenci\u00f3n que el gobierno de Naucalpan coloca entre sus prioridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez recorri\u00f3 el talud de la calle Luna para verificar los avances de una obra que contempla la construcci\u00f3n de seis muros de contenci\u00f3n en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos, dise\u00f1ados para estabilizar la zona y reducir el peligro para quienes habitan tanto en la parte alta como en la baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n no parte de cero. Incluye limpieza, deshierbe y preparaci\u00f3n del terreno, adem\u00e1s de estructuras de acero y concreto que alcanzan una longitud de 70 metros y cubren aproximadamente 2,030 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto se financia con cerca de 14 millones de pesos provenientes del FAISMUN y tiene un impacto estimado en alrededor de 40 mil personas, cifra que refleja la densidad poblacional de esta franja considerada de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la supervisi\u00f3n, Montoya sostuvo que la obra responde a un rezago hist\u00f3rico en colonias populares que, dijo, fueron ignoradas durante a\u00f1os. \u201cEl poder solo se convierte en virtud cuando se pone al servicio de la gente\u201d, expres\u00f3 al enfatizar que su administraci\u00f3n apuesta por el trabajo territorial y la cercan\u00eda con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El edil tambi\u00e9n coloc\u00f3 esta intervenci\u00f3n dentro de un paquete m\u00e1s amplio de acciones. En un a\u00f1o, se\u00f1al\u00f3, se han destinado m\u00e1s de mil millones de pesos a obra p\u00fablica, incluyendo rehabilitaci\u00f3n de vialidades, adquisici\u00f3n de patrullas, instalaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia y la puesta en marcha de un nuevo C4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la par, record\u00f3 trabajos recientes como la demolici\u00f3n controlada de un inmueble en la colonia Benito Ju\u00e1rez y la atenci\u00f3n de otro talud en Minas Coyote, parte de una estrategia orientada a mitigar riesgos estructurales en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno municipal tambi\u00e9n mantiene coordinaci\u00f3n con instancias estatales y federales para proyectos de mayor escala, como la Universidad Rosario Castellanos, la renovaci\u00f3n del Perif\u00e9rico Norte y el Mexicable L\u00ednea 3, con el objetivo de reforzar conectividad y desarrollo urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La obra en Ol\u00edmpica Radio 2A Secci\u00f3n, largamente solicitada por los vecinos, se perfila como una intervenci\u00f3n que no solo modifica el entorno f\u00edsico, sino que redefine una zona hist\u00f3ricamente expuesta a emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
