IZCALLI, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La combinaci\u00f3n de mayor participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y eventos masivos coloc\u00f3 a Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli en un arranque de 2026 con cifras in\u00e9ditas. Por un lado, la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal alcanz\u00f3 niveles no registrados; por otro, el Festival Izcallense Arte, Queso y Vino Cosecha 2026 super\u00f3 todas sus m\u00e9tricas operativas y econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la conferencia \u201cEl Poder del Pueblo\u201d, el alcalde Daniel Serrano detall\u00f3 que en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o el municipio ingres\u00f3 535 millones 897 mil 514 pesos por concepto de impuesto predial, lo que representa un incremento del 45% frente a los 368 millones 882 mil 938 pesos captados en el mismo periodo de 2023. Adem\u00e1s, se superaron tambi\u00e9n los 456 millones 542 mil 083 pesos recaudados en 2025, con un crecimiento adicional del 17.4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El aumento no solo fue en monto. El padr\u00f3n de contribuyentes activos creci\u00f3 a 95 mil 633 personas, es decir, 24 mil m\u00e1s que en 2023 y 11 mil 975 adicionales respecto al a\u00f1o pasado, reflejando una mayor participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo, el organismo Operagua registr\u00f3 ingresos por 241 millones 367 mil 436 pesos, un alza del 51% en comparaci\u00f3n con los 159 millones 232 mil 022 pesos obtenidos en 2023, adem\u00e1s de superar en m\u00e1s del 28% lo recaudado en el mismo trimestre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras las finanzas municipales se fortalecen, el impacto econ\u00f3mico tambi\u00e9n se traslad\u00f3 al \u00e1mbito cultural. El Festival Izcallense reuni\u00f3 a 71 mil 067 asistentes, cifra que representa un crecimiento del 318% frente a los 17 mil registrados en 2025, consolid\u00e1ndose como uno de los eventos de mayor convocatoria en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La derrama econ\u00f3mica alcanz\u00f3 los 12 millones 100 mil pesos, casi el triple de los 4 millones 100 mil pesos generados el a\u00f1o anterior. En este contexto, los expositores reportaron ventas que oscilaron entre 5 mil y 200 mil pesos, dinamizando tanto la econom\u00eda local como regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento integr\u00f3 cuatro escenarios \u2014Explanada, La Troje, Kiosko e H\u00edbrido\u2014 con siete talentos estelares, 42 presentaciones y 280 artistas en escena, adem\u00e1s de exhibiciones art\u00edsticas, catas de vino y actividades como la tradicional pisada de uva, en la que participaron 200 menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En total, se contabilizaron 322 expositores, entre ellos 161 locales, 88 artesanos y 73 emprendedores, as\u00ed como 74 unidades especializadas en vino, queso y charcuter\u00eda provenientes de distintas regiones del pa\u00eds. A nivel internacional, participaron 15 pa\u00edses representados por 37 expositores, mientras que cuatro Pueblos M\u00e1gicos aportaron la presencia de 38 artesanas y artesanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El flujo de visitantes incluy\u00f3 asistentes de municipios cercanos como Atizap\u00e1n, Tec\u00e1mac y Toluca, adem\u00e1s de turistas provenientes de entidades como Jalisco, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, lo que ampli\u00f3 el alcance del festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adicionalmente, el municipio obtuvo ingresos por 223 mil 645 pesos derivados de derechos, estacionamiento y servicios durante el evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serrano subray\u00f3 que estos resultados responden tanto a la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en el pago de contribuciones como a la consolidaci\u00f3n de actividades culturales que impulsan el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local. \u201cSon buenos n\u00fameros, estamos muy contentos con los resultados\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al destacar que el festival se desarroll\u00f3 sin incidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
