NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La escena que durante meses fue sin\u00f3nimo de abandono \u2014un plantel al borde del colapso y un paso peatonal inutilizable\u2014 hoy vuelve a registrar movimiento. En la zona lim\u00edtrofe entre Minas Coyote y Minas San Mart\u00edn, la reactivaci\u00f3n no solo es visible: es estructural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez encabez\u00f3 la entrega de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral de la Escuela Secundaria Emiliano Zapata, junto con la reconstrucci\u00f3n del puente peatonal que conecta ambas colonias, una intervenci\u00f3n que restablece la movilidad diaria de m\u00e1s de mil personas y permite el regreso pleno a las aulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El punto de quiebre ocurri\u00f3 el 24 de septiembre de 2024, cuando el desbordamiento de la Presa de los Cuartos provoc\u00f3 da\u00f1os severos en la zona. En ese momento, autoridades salientes declararon la infraestructura como p\u00e9rdida total, descartando su reconstrucci\u00f3n y dejando al plantel condenado al cierre definitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, el escenario es distinto. La obra, ejecutada en coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno de Naucalpan, el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico y empresas especializadas, incluy\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de un socav\u00f3n de 30 metros de profundidad que compromet\u00eda la estabilidad del terreno, as\u00ed como la instalaci\u00f3n de un muro de contenci\u00f3n de 493 metros c\u00fabicos a base de gaviones, dise\u00f1ado para resistir la presi\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica del cauce y proteger tanto a la escuela como a viviendas aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo puente peatonal, con enfoque inclusivo, sustituye la estructura colapsada tras las lluvias, restableciendo una conexi\u00f3n clave para la vida cotidiana de la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante autoridades educativas y vecinos, Montoya M\u00e1rquez sostuvo que esta intervenci\u00f3n marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n en el rescate de zonas afectadas por fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos, al tiempo que defendi\u00f3 la viabilidad de la obra, previamente descartada. \u201cSi se quiere, se puede\u201d, afirm\u00f3, al asegurar que su administraci\u00f3n superar\u00e1 en dos a\u00f1os lo realizado por gobiernos anteriores en seis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el evento, donde estuvieron presentes directivos escolares, supervisores de zona y autoridades auxiliares, el edil subray\u00f3 que el proyecto es resultado de recorridos en campo y gesti\u00f3n directa con instancias estatales, lo que permiti\u00f3 validar t\u00e9cnicamente la reconstrucci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcalde tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 el respaldo de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez, destacando la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional que, dijo, ha permitido avanzar en obras de alto impacto, como la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 108 kil\u00f3metros del Perif\u00e9rico Norte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy, en una de las zonas m\u00e1s golpeadas por las lluvias recientes, la conectividad y la actividad acad\u00e9mica dejan de ser promesas y vuelven a operar como ejes de la vida comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
