NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El bal\u00f3n rod\u00f3 primero, pero detr\u00e1s vino algo m\u00e1s grande: un plan para intervenir m\u00e1s de 50 canchas y espacios p\u00fablicos en Naucalpan de Ju\u00e1rez, donde el gobierno municipal apuesta por el deporte como eje de reconstrucci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la colonia San Rafael Chamapa Primera Secci\u00f3n, el alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez entreg\u00f3 la renovada cancha \u201cPascualito\u201d durante la jornada \u201c\u00a1Que Ruede el Bal\u00f3n por la Paz!\u201d, parte de la Mesa de Paz Itinerante y la estrategia de Atenci\u00f3n a las Causas impulsada por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n forma parte del Mundial Social y del programa Huellas del Mundial, con el que se busca transformar espacios deteriorados \u2014incluso canchas de tierra\u2014 en instalaciones de pasto sint\u00e9tico para f\u00fatbol 5 y 7. \u201cVamos a intervenir todos los espacios p\u00fablicos\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el edil, quien plante\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que estos sitios funcionen como puntos de encuentro con talleres de autoempleo y actividades comunitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada no se limit\u00f3 al deporte. En la zona se recolectaron 2.5 toneladas de basura, se realiz\u00f3 limpieza en 3 mil metros lineales, balizamiento de mil 500 metros y reparaciones con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico en vialidades como Diagonal Minas, adem\u00e1s de trabajos de bacheo en avenida Minas Palacio y Filomeno Mata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo, Montoya destac\u00f3 una ca\u00edda en el robo de veh\u00edculos: de 12 unidades diarias al inicio de su administraci\u00f3n a menos de cuatro, seg\u00fan datos de OCRA. Atribuy\u00f3 el resultado a la estrategia \u201cSeguridad con Todo\u201d y a un enfoque que, dijo, prioriza a comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente relegadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El exfutbolista Ra\u00fal Arias acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la patada inicial y respald\u00f3 la iniciativa al se\u00f1alar que el deporte \u201cforma mejores personas\u201d y abre oportunidades para ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la par de estas acciones, el municipio intervino laterales del Perif\u00e9rico Norte con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico y asf\u00e1ltico, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el proyecto estatal que contempla 108 kil\u00f3metros de rehabilitaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se reporta un avance del 75% en el Mexicable L\u00ednea 3, obra que promete reducir tiempos de traslado en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estas acciones, el gobierno local articula deporte, infraestructura y seguridad en una estrategia que busca cambiar el uso del espacio p\u00fablico y reconfigurar la vida comunitaria en Naucalpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
