\u2022La intervenci\u00f3n en Loma Colorada incluye sendero seguro, nuevas luminarias, rehabilitaci\u00f3n total y m\u00e1s de 6 toneladas de basura retiradas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Lo que durante a\u00f1os fue un espacio deteriorado en la colonia Loma Colorada, Primera Secci\u00f3n, hoy muestra otra cara. El Gobierno de Naucalpan concret\u00f3 la Huella de la Transformaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 70 con la recuperaci\u00f3n integral de las canchas deportivas y el parque de Avenida Las Torres, donde incluso ya operan nuevas \u00e1reas para convivencia familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n no fue menor: se colocaron 43 luminarias \u201428 de ellas completamente nuevas\u2014, se aplicaron 99 toneladas de mezcla asf\u00e1ltica para mejorar vialidades y se ejecutaron trabajos de balizamiento, topes y cruces peatonales. A la par, se integr\u00f3 un nuevo Sendero Seguro como parte de la estrategia para reforzar la movilidad y la vigilancia en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este punto, el alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez sostuvo que su administraci\u00f3n rompi\u00f3 con pr\u00e1cticas del pasado. \u201cNo es una l\u00f3gica patrimonialista ni de voracidad; venimos de las colonias y estamos construyendo un gobierno cercano\u201d, afirm\u00f3 al recalcar que las Huellas de la Transformaci\u00f3n son el eje operativo de su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El rescate tambi\u00e9n alcanz\u00f3 el entorno inmediato. Las canchas fueron rehabilitadas y delimitadas con malla protectora, mientras que en el \u00e1rea infantil se renovaron juegos que de inmediato comenzaron a ser utilizados por ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os. Se instalaron bancas, botes de basura y se realizaron labores de limpieza que permitieron retirar m\u00e1s de seis toneladas de residuos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n sum\u00f3 a distintas \u00e1reas del gobierno municipal. El Organismo de Agua OAPAS, el DIF y la Guardia Municipal participaron en los trabajos, bajo la instrucci\u00f3n de mantener presencia constante y contacto directo con la comunidad. En palabras del edil, no basta con atender, sino resolver de fondo las problem\u00e1ticas en cada colonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montoya tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que el municipio recibi\u00f3 una \u201cherencia maldita\u201d de administraciones anteriores, lo que oblig\u00f3 a implementar un viraje en la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica. \u201cEntramos en terapia intensiva para corregir el rumbo y llevar acciones a todas las comunidades\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta obra, ya son 15 espacios recuperados bajo este esquema. El llamado a los vecinos fue claro: apropiarse de las instalaciones, utilizarlas y evitar que vuelvan al abandono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte del cierre de la jornada, el alcalde entreg\u00f3 bastones y andaderas a personas con movilidad limitada, reforzando el enfoque social de las intervenciones que, asegur\u00f3, ya superan en inversi\u00f3n a administraciones pasadas en rubros como obra p\u00fablica, seguridad y servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
