CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO.\u2014 La industria del entretenimiento podr\u00eda enfrentar un giro regulatorio si avanza la iniciativa presentada por el senador Enrique Vargas del Villar, quien plantea premiar fiscalmente a producciones que promuevan la cultura de la legalidad y, al mismo tiempo, endurecer criterios para aquellas que representen al crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La propuesta, que busca reformar la Ley Federal de Cinematograf\u00eda, introduce un esquema de incentivos fiscales para series y pel\u00edculas que fomenten valores como el respeto a la ley, la responsabilidad c\u00edvica y el fortalecimiento del Estado de Derecho. Para ello, contempla el uso de herramientas como el est\u00edmulo a la producci\u00f3n cinematogr\u00e1fica previsto en la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la \u00f3ptica del legislador del PAN, el cine y los contenidos audiovisuales no solo entretienen: moldean percepciones sociales y pueden incidir en la confianza hacia las instituciones. \u201cEs un medio capaz de influir en la construcci\u00f3n de narrativas culturales y en la promoci\u00f3n de valores democr\u00e1ticos\u201d, argument\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo, la iniciativa propone modificar el Art\u00edculo 26 de la legislaci\u00f3n vigente para establecer una clasificaci\u00f3n especial obligatoria a producciones que incluyan representaciones del narcotr\u00e1fico o actividades delictivas que puedan interpretarse como apolog\u00eda de la violencia. Estas deber\u00e1n incorporar advertencias al inicio sobre su car\u00e1cter ficticio o contextual, adem\u00e1s de medidas de protecci\u00f3n dirigidas a menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vargas del Villar justific\u00f3 la propuesta en los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta el pa\u00eds en materia de seguridad, corrupci\u00f3n y percepci\u00f3n sobre el cumplimiento de la ley. En ese contexto, sostuvo que no basta con pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas tradicionales, sino que es necesario reforzar la formaci\u00f3n de valores desde el \u00e1mbito cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDifundir principios como la responsabilidad c\u00edvica y el respeto a la ley a trav\u00e9s del cine representa una oportunidad para fortalecer el tejido social y consolidar instituciones m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa abre el debate sobre el papel del Estado en la promoci\u00f3n de contenidos audiovisuales y los l\u00edmites entre libertad creativa y responsabilidad social en un entorno marcado por la influencia medi\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
