NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Antes de que inicien las precipitaciones m\u00e1s intensas, Naucalpan activ\u00f3 una intervenci\u00f3n amplia en su red de drenaje: m\u00e1s de 2 mil kil\u00f3metros ser\u00e1n atendidos para retirar lodos, basura y sedimentos que hist\u00f3ricamente han provocado anegaciones. La operaci\u00f3n ya comenz\u00f3 en San Antonio Zomeyucan, sobre Avenida Centenario, con el uso de equipos hidroneum\u00e1ticos tipo Vactor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente municipal, Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez, inform\u00f3 que se trata del segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo en que estas labores se ejecutan de manera preventiva, tras un periodo previo de tres a\u00f1os sin desazolve, lo que dej\u00f3 afectaciones en diversas colonias. \u201cHoy estamos preparados para enfrentar estos fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa, a cargo del organismo OAPAS, contempla intervenir 232 comunidades, as\u00ed como la limpieza de 30 barrancas y la atenci\u00f3n a 36 mercados municipales para evitar afectaciones durante la temporada de lluvias. A la par, ya se realizaron trabajos en los 16 c\u00e1rcamos de bombeo, con capacidad de desalojo de hasta 25 mil litros por segundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo, la infraestructura vial muestra avances relevantes. La rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Perif\u00e9rico Norte, en su segundo tramo de 3.2 kil\u00f3metros entre Circuito Circunvalaci\u00f3n y Baden Powell, alcanza un 70% de progreso con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico; adem\u00e1s, registra 80% en banquetas y guarniciones. La meta est\u00e1 fijada para el 20 de abril, en una obra que impactar\u00e1 a miles de usuarios en esta arteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La estrategia de seguridad tambi\u00e9n se mantiene en movimiento. Con la incorporaci\u00f3n de 200 nuevos elementos a la Guardia Municipal, se despliega un esquema de proximidad en 28 sectores y 128 cuadrantes, donde mandos operativos visitan domicilios los fines de semana para evaluar directamente el desempe\u00f1o policial con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con cifras oficiales, el municipio pas\u00f3 de registrar 14 robos de veh\u00edculos diarios a solo 4, una reducci\u00f3n de 10 unidades por d\u00eda, posicion\u00e1ndose \u2014seg\u00fan el edil\u2014 como la demarcaci\u00f3n con mayor disminuci\u00f3n en este delito a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el frente cultural, se confirm\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n del \u201c4\u00b0 Festival Cultural del Vino y el Queso, Naucalpan\u201d, que reunir\u00e1 a 100 expositores y artesanos del 17 al 19 de abril en el Parque Naucalli, con un programa art\u00edstico abierto al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
