\u2022Anuncia Azucena Cisneros mega planta, tanque maestro y rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral; 1.2 millones de habitantes ser\u00e1n beneficiados<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ECATEPEC, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Ecatepec proyecta para 2026 una bolsa de 985 millones de pesos destinada exclusivamente a infraestructura hidr\u00e1ulica, cifra que pr\u00e1cticamente duplica lo ejercido el a\u00f1o anterior y contrasta con los cero pesos que, seg\u00fan el organismo operador, se invirtieron en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa Azucena Cisneros Coss confirm\u00f3 el monto durante su conferencia semanal del 7 de abril y calific\u00f3 el programa como una \u201cinversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica\u201d, respaldada \u2014dijo\u2014 por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo y la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez. \u201cEl agua por la red es un derecho en esta administraci\u00f3n\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El paquete contempla cinco intervenciones mayores. En la Quinta Zona se construir\u00e1 una mega planta potabilizadora con capacidad de producci\u00f3n de 200 litros por segundo y un tanque maestro que permitir\u00e1 distribuir el recurso por gravedad. En ese mismo sector se aplicar\u00e1 un \u201cliner\u201d, es decir, la instalaci\u00f3n de una manga interna en tuber\u00edas principales para sellar fugas sin necesidad de sustituir completamente las l\u00edneas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la par, se intervendr\u00e1n cruceros y redes de distribuci\u00f3n, mientras que en San Andr\u00e9s de la Ca\u00f1ada se ejecutar\u00e1 una rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral: nueve sistemas de rebombeo, renovaci\u00f3n de l\u00edneas principales y nuevos tanques de almacenamiento. La presidenta municipal asegur\u00f3 que estas obras dar\u00e1n soluci\u00f3n estructural a zonas altas como la Sierra de Guadalupe y colonias donde \u201cel agua no sube\u201d, prometiendo \u201cun cambio que se ve y que se siente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del total presupuestado, 500 millones ser\u00e1n aportados de manera conjunta por los tres niveles de gobierno; 20 millones provendr\u00e1n de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua; 280 millones del Ayuntamiento y 185 millones del organismo local Sapase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El director de este \u00faltimo, Francisco Reyes V\u00e1zquez, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en 2026 entrar\u00e1n en operaci\u00f3n 11 pozos \u2014cinco reperforados por el gobierno federal, cuatro municipales y dos de Sapase\u2014 que en conjunto suministrar\u00e1n 300 litros por segundo adicionales. Tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 la clausura de alrededor de 100 tomas clandestinas, algunas en empresas, e hizo un llamado a regularizar su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cisneros sostuvo que la red de intereses que lucraba con la escasez \u2014venta de pipas a sobreprecio, tomas ilegales y contratos irregulares\u2014 fren\u00f3 durante a\u00f1os la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema. Con las obras anunciadas, afirm\u00f3, m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n 200 mil habitantes tendr\u00e1n mayor estabilidad en el abasto por la red p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
