\u2022Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n NDIXUS, plantea incubadora femenina y metas medibles para cerrar brechas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATIZAP\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El dato marc\u00f3 el tono del encuentro: siete de cada diez habitantes consideran que Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza necesita un cambio. Con esa referencia \u2014derivada de encuestas citadas durante el acto\u2014 Luis Monta\u00f1o sostuvo que esa transformaci\u00f3n pasa necesariamente por el fortalecimiento del liderazgo femenino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La afirmaci\u00f3n se dio en el marco de la apertura formal de la asociaci\u00f3n NDIXUS, encabezada por Leticia Almeida, organizaci\u00f3n que enfocar\u00e1 su trabajo en mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. Ah\u00ed, Monta\u00f1o se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el municipio enfrenta una exigencia social clara y que el papel de las mujeres resulta determinante para atenderla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompa\u00f1ado por su esposa, Lul\u00fa Romero, integrante honoraria de la fundaci\u00f3n Lazos que Mueven, el orador insisti\u00f3 en que reconocer el trabajo femenino no es un gesto simb\u00f3lico, sino un factor con impacto directo en el desarrollo social. Subray\u00f3 la necesidad de fijar objetivos verificables que permitan medir avances en pol\u00edticas de apoyo y dar seguimiento puntual a cada acci\u00f3n implementada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, plante\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el impulso a las mujeres debe sostenerse de manera permanente y no limitarse a coyunturas espec\u00edficas. Habl\u00f3 de ampliar su presencia en espacios p\u00fablicos y de toma de decisiones como condici\u00f3n para construir mayor equidad en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de esa ruta, adelant\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una incubadora dirigida exclusivamente a mujeres, enfocada en capacitaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de habilidades, con la intenci\u00f3n de fortalecer su autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, NDIXUS inform\u00f3 que ofrecer\u00e1 respaldo integral a mujeres con discapacidad, mujeres ind\u00edgenas, v\u00edctimas de violencia y personas de pueblos originarios. Entre sus actividades se incluyen talleres de cartoner\u00eda, globoflexia, auriculoterapia y acupuntura, orientados a generar ingresos propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La asociaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n brindar\u00e1 asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica, atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y actividades de bienestar como yoga y zumba, con el objetivo de incidir en el desarrollo personal, emocional y comunitario de sus participantes. Con ello, la organizaci\u00f3n arranca operaciones en un escenario donde, seg\u00fan lo expresado en el evento, la demanda de cambio ya es mayoritaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
