ECATEPEC, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La meta es ambiciosa: 13 mil estructuras vecinales desplegadas en todo el territorio. El primer bloque ya est\u00e1 en marcha. En Ecatepec comenzaron a operar cinco mil Comit\u00e9s por la Paz, integrados por colonos y equipados con c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia y alarmas conectadas al C4 municipal mediante sistemas de inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su conferencia semanal, la alcaldesa Azucena Cisneros Coss precis\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de abril estos cinco mil comit\u00e9s rendir\u00e1n protesta formal, lo que \u2014dijo\u2014 consolida en territorio la estrategia de seguridad impulsada por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo y coordinada con la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSignifica llevar la organizaci\u00f3n a cada calle y tambi\u00e9n llevar capacidad de vigilancia y respuesta en tiempo real\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la edil, al destacar que se trata de los primeros comit\u00e9s de este tipo a nivel nacional con integraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica directa a los sistemas de monitoreo policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cisneros Coss sostuvo que la estrategia descansa en tres ejes: coordinaci\u00f3n intergubernamental, atenci\u00f3n a las causas y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. En ese \u00faltimo componente se insertan los Comit\u00e9s por la Paz, cuyo objetivo es estructurar la vigilancia por calle, cuadra y comunidad, con enlace permanente al centro de mando municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa asegur\u00f3 que los resultados ya se reflejan en indicadores delictivos. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el municipio la extorsi\u00f3n registra una disminuci\u00f3n de 72 por ciento; el homicidio doloso, 42 por ciento menos, y el robo de veh\u00edculo, 43 por ciento a la baja, entre otros delitos de alto impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El coordinador de Mesas de Paz, Mart\u00edn V\u00e1zquez P\u00e9rez, record\u00f3 que el modelo comenz\u00f3 a operar desde el 14 de mayo pasado, cuando se instalaron 27 Consejos de Paz Sectorial y 230 Comit\u00e9s de Paz por cuadrante. Actualmente, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, el objetivo es escalar hasta 13 mil comit\u00e9s en todo el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indic\u00f3 que diariamente se llevan a cabo Mesas de Paz \u2014alrededor de cinco mil 500 acumuladas a la fecha\u2014 en las que funcionarios municipales, incluida la alcaldesa, dialogan con vecinos sobre seguridad y servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo, el director de Proximidad Social, Israel Perales S\u00e1nchez, explic\u00f3 que el nuevo Modelo de Proximidad transform\u00f3 la distribuci\u00f3n operativa de la polic\u00eda: de siete regiones y 70 cuadrantes en administraciones anteriores, se pas\u00f3 a 27 regiones y 230 cuadrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detall\u00f3 que cada patrulla cubre entre 15 y 20 calles, con la obligaci\u00f3n de conocer a residentes, comercios y vialidades principales, con una meta de reacci\u00f3n menor a cinco minutos. \u201cEs tan importante generar la confianza y ganar la empat\u00eda con los ciudadanos para que crean en su polic\u00eda\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la activaci\u00f3n de los primeros cinco mil comit\u00e9s y la reorganizaci\u00f3n territorial de la corporaci\u00f3n, el gobierno municipal busca cerrar la brecha entre reporte ciudadano y respuesta operativa, bajo un esquema que combina organizaci\u00f3n vecinal y tecnolog\u00eda de vigilancia en tiempo real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
