\u2022El senador mexiquense plantea reuni\u00f3n interparlamentaria ante retos binacionales y pide evitar la politizaci\u00f3n del combate al crimen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO.\u2014 La cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos necesita un nuevo canal legislativo. Esa fue la propuesta que el senador Enrique Vargas del Villar puso sobre la mesa durante la Sexta Reuni\u00f3n Ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde su posici\u00f3n como vicecoordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional, el legislador plante\u00f3 realizar una Reuni\u00f3n Interparlamentaria con el Senado de los Estados Unidos para revisar la agenda com\u00fan en seguridad, fortalecer la relaci\u00f3n bilateral y avanzar en la pacificaci\u00f3n de fronteras y territorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vargas sostuvo que la colaboraci\u00f3n entre ambos pa\u00edses no es nueva ni exclusiva de una administraci\u00f3n, sino una pr\u00e1ctica que se ha mantenido por d\u00e9cadas bajo distintos gobiernos. Sin embargo, consider\u00f3 indispensable profundizar la estrategia conjunta, especialmente por la capacidad tecnol\u00f3gica y de inteligencia con la que cuenta el pa\u00eds vecino, recursos que \u2014subray\u00f3\u2014 podr\u00edan emplearse en el combate al crimen organizado sin que ello implique injerencia o intervencionismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDesde esta Comisi\u00f3n debemos pedir que haya una Reuni\u00f3n Interparlamentaria con el Senado de Estados Unidos para poder tener este v\u00ednculo entre los dos pa\u00edses y seguir avanzando en conjunto, sobre todo en materia de seguridad, porque viene el Mundial y debemos estar muy alertas como pa\u00edses y como Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, porque pueden venir d\u00edas muy complicados y debemos actuar conjuntamente\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El senador por el Estado de M\u00e9xico reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de las Fuerzas Armadas y de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, y manifest\u00f3 su respaldo a la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. Afirm\u00f3 que, pese a la condici\u00f3n de oposici\u00f3n de su partido, el objetivo com\u00fan debe ser que al pa\u00eds le vaya bien y que se consolide la paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advirti\u00f3 que el debate p\u00fablico ha ca\u00eddo en la tentaci\u00f3n de partidizar la seguridad. \u201cHemos ca\u00eddo en el error de meter a los partidos pol\u00edticos en el tema de la seguridad y no se trata tampoco de una injerencia, sino de fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, al tiempo que insisti\u00f3 en que la narrativa de confrontaci\u00f3n no contribuye a proteger a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vargas remarc\u00f3 que la amenaza del narcotr\u00e1fico sobre j\u00f3venes y territorios obliga a mantener y ampliar la coordinaci\u00f3n bilateral. En su visi\u00f3n, el respeto institucional y el trabajo conjunto entre ambos pa\u00edses son condiciones necesarias para contener la expansi\u00f3n del crimen organizado y garantizar estabilidad en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
