\u2022L\u00edderes gremiales destacan que la autonom\u00eda sindical y las reformas laborales fortalecen la defensa de los trabajadores<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESTADO DE M\u00c9XICO.\u2014 Con la toma de protesta de la nueva dirigencia de la Federaci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica de Sindicatos de Servidores P\u00fablicos (FEDESSP) en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, dirigentes sindicales subrayaron que el movimiento de trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico atraviesa una etapa de fortalecimiento institucional y mayor protagonismo en la vida laboral del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ceremonia se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Centro Cultural de la Secci\u00f3n 36 del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE), donde representantes de distintas organizaciones gremiales coincidieron en que el sindicalismo contempor\u00e1neo enfrenta el desaf\u00edo de consolidar su autonom\u00eda, reforzar sus mecanismos democr\u00e1ticos internos y ampliar la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro, la secretaria general de la Secci\u00f3n 36 del SNTE, M\u00f3nica Miriam Granillo Velazco, sostuvo que M\u00e9xico vive un momento relevante para la defensa de los trabajadores organizados, respaldado por un marco jur\u00eddico que protege la independencia sindical y limita cualquier intento de intervenci\u00f3n pol\u00edtico-administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La dirigente magisterial se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el fortalecimiento institucional, la cohesi\u00f3n gremial y una participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica responsable han permitido avanzar hacia una mayor autonom\u00eda de las organizaciones de trabajadores. Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 que persiste un reto importante: actualmente solo entre el 10 y el 13 por ciento de los trabajadores del pa\u00eds est\u00e1n afiliados a un sindicato, pese a las reformas laborales aprobadas en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el mismo evento, el secretario general del SNTE, Alfonso Cepeda Salas, afirm\u00f3 que el sindicalismo del servicio p\u00fablico mantiene una etapa de unidad orientada a la defensa de los derechos e intereses de sus agremiados. Al tomar protesta a la nueva dirigencia estatal de la FEDESSP, record\u00f3 que esta federaci\u00f3n representa el frente sindical m\u00e1s amplio del pa\u00eds y del continente, con cerca de dos millones 850 mil trabajadoras y trabajadores afiliados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cepeda Salas explic\u00f3 que la FEDESSP surgi\u00f3 como una alternativa democr\u00e1tica frente a esquemas corporativos del pasado, con la intenci\u00f3n de fortalecer la organizaci\u00f3n colectiva y la defensa de los derechos laborales. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el compromiso del SNTE con esta federaci\u00f3n se mantiene firme y que el objetivo es reposicionar el sindicalismo del sector p\u00fablico dentro de las alianzas institucionales con el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el presidente colegiado del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Nacional de la FEDESSP, Agust\u00edn Avil\u00e9s Noguera, destac\u00f3 que la organizaci\u00f3n agrupa actualmente a ocho de cada diez servidores p\u00fablicos sindicalizados del pa\u00eds, resultado \u2014dijo\u2014 de la estrategia y unidad de las organizaciones integrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n rindi\u00f3 protesta la nueva dirigencia colegiada de la FEDESSP en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, integrada por Ranulfo Baraquiel Ru\u00edz Garc\u00eda, Adriana Guti\u00e9rrez Arias y Amado Trejo Jaim, quienes asumir\u00e1n la representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores afiliados en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
