TEPOTZOTL\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 El diferendo territorial entre Tepotzotl\u00e1n y Teoloyucan lleg\u00f3 al Congreso del Estado de M\u00e9xico. La presidenta municipal, Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Zuppa Villegas, compareci\u00f3 ante instancias legislativas para desahogar la garant\u00eda de audiencia dentro del nuevo procedimiento lim\u00edtrofe promovido por el municipio vecino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El recurso impulsado por Teoloyucan plantea la modificaci\u00f3n de l\u00edmites que, de acuerdo con el gobierno tepotzotlense, forman parte hist\u00f3rica de su jurisdicci\u00f3n. Ante ello, la alcaldesa fij\u00f3 una postura clara: la defensa del territorio se realizar\u00e1 por las v\u00edas legales y con apego estricto al marco normativo vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Zuppa Villegas sostuvo que el Ayuntamiento actuar\u00e1 con responsabilidad institucional para salvaguardar los derechos territoriales del municipio y proteger el inter\u00e9s colectivo de las familias. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el proceso no s\u00f3lo implica un debate jur\u00eddico-administrativo, sino la preservaci\u00f3n de la identidad, la historia y el patrimonio de las comunidades involucradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno municipal calific\u00f3 el intento de modificaci\u00f3n como una acci\u00f3n fuera del marco de la legalidad y reiter\u00f3 que utilizar\u00e1 todos los recursos jur\u00eddicos disponibles para evitar cualquier segregaci\u00f3n que afecte la integridad territorial de Tepotzotl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La administraci\u00f3n local inform\u00f3 que mantendr\u00e1 comunicaci\u00f3n permanente con la ciudadan\u00eda sobre el desarrollo del procedimiento, al considerar que la defensa del territorio constituye un asunto de inter\u00e9s com\u00fan para el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
