\u2022La medida busca reducir el rezago testamentario y fortalecer la regularizaci\u00f3n de propiedades en el municipio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAUCALPAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 En el patio central del Palacio Municipal, 250 familias recibieron un documento que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del tr\u00e1mite legal, representa certeza sobre el destino de su patrimonio. El alcalde Isaac Montoya M\u00e1rquez encabez\u00f3 la entrega de testamentos como parte de una estrategia para abatir el rezago en esta materia y ofrecer tranquilidad jur\u00eddica a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa, coordinado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo Urbano, permiti\u00f3 acercar este instrumento a habitantes de distintas colonias del municipio. La administraci\u00f3n local destac\u00f3 que facilitar el acceso al testamento contribuye a evitar disputas legales, ordenar la transmisi\u00f3n de bienes y consolidar un crecimiento urbano con reglas claras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el acto, Montoya M\u00e1rquez subray\u00f3 que elaborar un testamento no debe asociarse al final de la vida, sino a un ejercicio de responsabilidad. \u201cRealizar un testamento no es un acto relacionado con el final de la vida, es un acto de amor y responsabilidad\u201d, expres\u00f3, al se\u00f1alar que este documento garantiza que la voluntad de las personas sea respetada y que el patrimonio construido con a\u00f1os de esfuerzo permanezca bajo certeza jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directora de Desarrollo Urbano puntualiz\u00f3 que la formalizaci\u00f3n de la voluntad patrimonial tambi\u00e9n impacta en la planeaci\u00f3n territorial, al favorecer la regularizaci\u00f3n de propiedades, disminuir litigios y propiciar un desarrollo m\u00e1s equilibrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autoridades municipales indicaron que esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica forma parte de una visi\u00f3n orientada a acercar servicios legales a sectores que hist\u00f3ricamente enfrentaron barreras econ\u00f3micas o administrativas para acceder a ellos, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la paz social y la estabilidad familiar en Naucalpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
