HUIXQUILUCAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Tras siete meses de trabajos continuos, qued\u00f3 estabilizado el talud de la calle Parque Santander, en el fraccionamiento Parques de la Herradura, con lo que el gobierno de Huixquilucan cerr\u00f3 un programa integral que abarc\u00f3 ocho puntos considerados de riesgo en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa Romina Contreras Carrasco inform\u00f3 que, desde 2025, se destinaron m\u00e1s de 85 millones de pesos para intervenir laderas con vulnerabilidad, con el objetivo de prevenir desgajamientos de tierra y ca\u00edda de rocas, especialmente ante la pr\u00f3xima temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el caso espec\u00edfico de Parque Santander, se estabilizaron aproximadamente 3 mil 500 metros cuadrados de talud, con una inversi\u00f3n superior a 15.5 millones de pesos. Previo a la obra, se realizaron estudios t\u00e9cnicos para dise\u00f1ar la estructura de contenci\u00f3n y garantizar seguridad tanto en la parte alta como baja del fraccionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La presidenta municipal subray\u00f3 que estas acciones son posibles gracias a finanzas sanas y enfatiz\u00f3 que los recursos p\u00fablicos se canalizan a zonas donde el riesgo era evidente por las inclemencias del tiempo y el desgaste natural del terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vecinos del lugar confirmaron que el cerro presentaba desprendimientos que afectaron veh\u00edculos y \u00e1reas verdes. Manuel Mondrag\u00f3n, representante de habitantes de la calle Parque Santander, destac\u00f3 que la intervenci\u00f3n respondi\u00f3 a una demanda sostenida durante a\u00f1os y que la magnitud del proyecto se reflej\u00f3 en la organizaci\u00f3n y duraci\u00f3n de los trabajos. Miguel Castillo agreg\u00f3 que, tras dos d\u00e9cadas de solicitudes, la estabilizaci\u00f3n brinda tranquilidad a quienes transitan y residen en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directora general de Infraestructura y Edificaci\u00f3n municipal, Jessica Nabil Castillo Mart\u00ednez, explic\u00f3 que se emplearon anclas de sumersi\u00f3n pasiva, dise\u00f1adas para taludes con alta humedad y que no requieren perforaciones profundas, lo que reduce el impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta intervenci\u00f3n, el municipio complet\u00f3 la estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes en Avenida Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n (paraje La Selva, Cuarto Cuartel), avenida Zacamulpa Sur (Zacamulpa), Circuito Empresarial (Centro Urbano San Fernando\u2013La Herradura Magnocentro), Vista Real (Lomas Country Club), Parque de C\u00e1diz (Parques de la Herradura), Monte Himalaya (Balcones de la Herradura), Boulevard Loma Real (Bosque Real) y Parque Santander (Parques de la Herradura), consolidando un esquema preventivo de alcance territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
