COACALCO, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La violencia vicaria no solo fractura relaciones de pareja; deja huellas profundas en ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os utilizados como instrumento de da\u00f1o. Bajo esa premisa, la magistrada Erika Icela Castillo Vega desarroll\u00f3 una ponencia especializada en Coacalco, donde detall\u00f3 el alcance jur\u00eddico y social de este fen\u00f3meno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La conferencia magistral \u201cViolencia Vicaria\u201d se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro Cultural \u201cJuan Manuel P\u00e9rez Balbuena\u201d, convocada por el gobierno municipal encabezado por David S\u00e1nchez Isidoro. El edil dio la bienvenida a la tambi\u00e9n presidenta electa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico y subray\u00f3 la importancia de abrir espacios de an\u00e1lisis que fortalezcan la formaci\u00f3n profesional de estudiantes y litigantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante alumnos, abogados y acad\u00e9micos, la magistrada explic\u00f3 que la violencia vicaria se configura cuando uno de los progenitores utiliza a hijas, hijos o personas cercanas como medio para provocar sufrimiento a su expareja. Indic\u00f3 que esta conducta suele manifestarse tras la ruptura de la relaci\u00f3n o cuando se denuncia violencia previa, generando consecuencias f\u00edsicas y psicol\u00f3gicas en menores que pueden marcar su desarrollo de manera permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castillo Vega enfatiz\u00f3 que tanto mujeres como hombres tienen derecho a vivir en entornos libres de violencia e inst\u00f3 a denunciar este tipo de conductas. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el da\u00f1o no se limita a la expareja, sino que impacta directamente en las y los menores involucrados, quienes resultan v\u00edctimas colaterales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el alcalde sostuvo que la justicia debe ocupar un lugar central en la vida p\u00fablica y destac\u00f3 la responsabilidad de quienes integran el m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial estatal para garantizar su correcta aplicaci\u00f3n, respaldados por trayectorias s\u00f3lidas en el \u00e1mbito jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de instituciones acad\u00e9micas como la Universidad del Valle de M\u00e9xico, el Centro Universitario M\u00e9xico, la Escuela Normal de Coacalco y la Escuela de Estudios Superiores de Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas y Criminol\u00f3gicas, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La magistrada es licenciada y especialista por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico y por la Universidad Austral; cuenta con maestr\u00edas en Derecho de Amparo y en Derecho Procesal Civil, doctorado en Derecho y estudios de posdoctorado en la misma disciplina. Adem\u00e1s, se convertir\u00e1 en la primera mujer en presidir el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico, un hecho que marca un precedente en la historia del Poder Judicial estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
