HUIXQUILUCAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Con una reducci\u00f3n del 44 por ciento en la incidencia delictiva durante los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os, Huixquilucan llega a una nueva conmemoraci\u00f3n del 24 de febrero con cifras que, de acuerdo con el gobierno municipal, respaldan su estrategia de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al encabezar la ceremonia por el D\u00eda de la Bandera, la presidenta municipal Romina Contreras Carrasco convoc\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a fortalecer la unidad y dejar de lado diferencias para que en el pa\u00eds prevalezca el Estado de Derecho. Desde la Explanada Municipal, subray\u00f3 que, ante momentos complejos para M\u00e9xico, los s\u00edmbolos nacionales adquieren mayor significado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEn tiempos complejos como los que ha enfrentado M\u00e9xico en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, estos s\u00edmbolos recobran mayor relevancia, pues nos recuerdan que el Estado siempre ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s fuerte que cualquier grupo, organizaci\u00f3n o inter\u00e9s particular, y que todos los niveles de gobierno somos corresponsables para garantizar la seguridad y la paz en nuestro pa\u00eds. Nosotros estamos haciendo lo que nos corresponde\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompa\u00f1ada por integrantes del Ayuntamiento, miembros del gabinete, estudiantes y docentes, la alcaldesa asegur\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n mantendr\u00e1 firme la estrategia de seguridad y reforzar\u00e1 el trabajo coordinado para que Huixquilucan contin\u00fae entre los municipios con mejores condiciones de vida en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detall\u00f3 que el municipio es el \u00fanico en M\u00e9xico que ha conservado su calificaci\u00f3n crediticia durante diez a\u00f1os consecutivos, disciplina financiera que \u2014dijo\u2014 ha permitido robustecer el equipamiento y la operatividad policial. En ese periodo se adquirieron 119 patrullas y se ejecutan m\u00e1s de 10 mil operativos al a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, el cien por ciento de los elementos cuenta con el Certificado \u00danico Policial (CUP), incluido el comisario Luis Antonio Alarc\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez, lo que, sostuvo, brinda certeza sobre la preparaci\u00f3n y confiabilidad de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte del acto c\u00edvico, Romina Contreras realiz\u00f3 la sustituci\u00f3n de la bandera nacional que ondear\u00e1 en la explanada municipal, en un gesto orientado a reforzar el sentido de identidad y recordar el significado de los colores verde, blanco y rojo como emblemas de esperanza, unidad y el sacrificio de los h\u00e9roes nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la ceremonia, Andrea Rodr\u00edguez Olvera, integrante del agrupamiento femenil de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Vialidad, afirm\u00f3 que el municipio atraviesa una etapa de trabajo y desarrollo con acciones que apuntalan la educaci\u00f3n, la seguridad y el orden p\u00fablico. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que se impulsan programas para apoyar a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan, ampliar oportunidades educativas y promover la igualdad sustantiva entre mujeres y hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa concluy\u00f3 que defender a la poblaci\u00f3n, proteger su patrimonio y preservar la tranquilidad cotidiana es la manera en que Huixquilucan honra a la naci\u00f3n y consolida un entorno seguro y de oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
