\u2022Reuni\u00f3n regional refuerza fiscalizaci\u00f3n interna y anticipa ajustes al sistema de transparencia tras la desaparici\u00f3n del INFOEM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NICOL\u00c1S ROMERO, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La redefinici\u00f3n del sistema de transparencia en el Estado de M\u00e9xico comenz\u00f3 a discutirse desde el \u00e1mbito municipal. En el Sal\u00f3n Bicentenario del Palacio Municipal de Nicol\u00e1s Romero se reunieron contraloras y contralores de 12 demarcaciones metropolitanas para analizar el futuro marco jur\u00eddico que regir\u00e1 a los \u00f3rganos internos de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la Primera Reuni\u00f3n de Trabajo de la Regi\u00f3n III Metropolitana de Contralores, la alcaldesa Yoselin Mendoza sostuvo que estas instancias son piezas estrat\u00e9gicas para prevenir irregularidades administrativas y reforzar la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en los gobiernos locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El encuentro tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 como espacio de capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de transparencia y fiscalizaci\u00f3n, con \u00e9nfasis en la reconfiguraci\u00f3n institucional que seguir\u00e1 a la desaparici\u00f3n del Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios (INFOEM), cuya extinci\u00f3n obligar\u00e1 a redefinir atribuciones y responsabilidades de control interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante los asistentes, la edil destac\u00f3 que estas mesas de trabajo buscan generar medidas concretas para fortalecer la supervisi\u00f3n gubernamental y mejorar los mecanismos de evaluaci\u00f3n administrativa. Adem\u00e1s, record\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica estatal en materia de transparencia ha sido impulsada por la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez, quien ha llamado a los 125 municipios mexiquenses a mantener una actuaci\u00f3n firme en favor de la legalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En representaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico, F\u00e9lix Acu\u00f1a Alvarado subray\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre contralor\u00edas municipales permite elevar la eficacia gubernamental y compartir pr\u00e1cticas exitosas de supervisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el papel de los Comit\u00e9s Ciudadanos de Control y Vigilancia (COCICOVIS), que participan en la verificaci\u00f3n de obras p\u00fablicas para asegurar que se ejecuten conforme a lo programado, fortaleciendo as\u00ed la vigilancia social sobre el uso de recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reuni\u00f3n consolid\u00f3 a Nicol\u00e1s Romero como sede de di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico entre autoridades responsables de la fiscalizaci\u00f3n, en un contexto de ajustes institucionales que redefinir\u00e1n la arquitectura de la transparencia en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
