{"id":18299,"date":"2026-02-13T17:53:21","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T23:53:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=18299"},"modified":"2026-02-13T17:53:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T23:53:24","slug":"delfina-gomez-respalda-nueva-etapa-de-la-codhem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=18299","title":{"rendered":"DELFINA G\u00d3MEZ RESPALDA NUEVA ETAPA DE LA CODHEM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022Plan Institucional 2025-2029 redefine coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional con enfoque en sectores vulnerables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conmemoraci\u00f3n del 33 aniversario de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico marc\u00f3 el inicio de una nueva fase de planeaci\u00f3n institucional en la entidad, acompa\u00f1ada por el respaldo del gobierno estatal a una agenda centrada en la dignidad humana como principio rector de la acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto realizado en Toluca, la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez destac\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre poderes y organismos aut\u00f3nomos debe traducirse en pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas transversales que fortalezcan el servicio a la sociedad y consoliden una visi\u00f3n humanista del ejercicio gubernamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mandataria subray\u00f3 que el respeto a los derechos humanos orienta la pol\u00edtica social del Estado de M\u00e9xico, con prioridad en ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, mujeres y grupos en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad. En ese marco, enumer\u00f3 acciones orientadas a la prevenci\u00f3n social del delito, el combate al acoso escolar y la violencia familiar, la atenci\u00f3n alimentaria mediante el Sistema DIF del Estado de M\u00e9xico y el impulso al bienestar de la primera infancia a trav\u00e9s del Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 estrategias enfocadas en la protecci\u00f3n de las mujeres y la igualdad sustantiva, como programas de bienestar, operativos de seguridad en municipios con alerta de violencia de g\u00e9nero, refugios para personas de la diversidad sexual en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo y mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n para periodistas y personas defensoras de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el presidente de la CODHEM, V\u00edctor Leopoldo Delgado P\u00e9rez, afirm\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n mantiene autonom\u00eda y una relaci\u00f3n institucional respetuosa con el gobierno estatal, lo que permite fortalecer su labor mediante recomendaciones, capacitaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de casos, con el objetivo de garantizar atenci\u00f3n digna y efectiva a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ceremonia incluy\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional 2025-2029 del organismo, concebido como una hoja de ruta para el trabajo coordinado entre instancias p\u00fablicas.
