{"id":18271,"date":"2026-02-13T17:42:16","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T23:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=18271"},"modified":"2026-02-13T17:42:20","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T23:42:20","slug":"despliega-raciel-unidades-moviles-de-cuidado-en-tlalnepantla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ndpnoticias.com.mx\/?p=18271","title":{"rendered":"DESPLIEGA RACIEL UNIDADES M\u00d3VILES DE CUIDADO EN TLALNEPANTLA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2022El modelo itinerante del DIF busca acercar salud y tr\u00e1mites a zonas con mayor rezago, mientras avanza la inversi\u00f3n de 1,300 millones para concluir el Hospital Valle Ceyl\u00e1n en 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TLALNEPANTLA, M\u00c9X.\u2014 La estrategia municipal de atenci\u00f3n social en Tlalnepantla de Baz comenz\u00f3 a operar bajo un esquema itinerante: servicios p\u00fablicos que se desplazan hacia la poblaci\u00f3n, en lugar de esperar a que la poblaci\u00f3n llegue a ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente municipal Raciel P\u00e9rez Cruz dio el banderazo de salida a las nuevas Unidades M\u00f3viles del Sistema Municipal de Cuidados, un modelo que convierte veh\u00edculos en centros de atenci\u00f3n para ofrecer servicios de salud, orientaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1mites y traslados en comunidades con mayores carencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa, operado por el Sistema DIF Tlalnepantla, pretende reducir las brechas territoriales en el acceso a servicios esenciales. Durante el arranque, el edil remarc\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica coloca en el centro a quienes brindan y reciben cuidados, con \u00e9nfasis en el reconocimiento del trabajo que realizan las mujeres en este \u00e1mbito. En el acto estuvo presente la presidenta honoraria del organismo, Roc\u00edo P\u00e9rez Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las unidades recorrer\u00e1n de forma permanente distintas zonas del municipio, con un enfoque de atenci\u00f3n directa para poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable, integrando servicios de acompa\u00f1amiento social y asistencia m\u00e9dica b\u00e1sica bajo un esquema de intervenci\u00f3n territorial continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El despliegue de estas unidades se suma a otra acci\u00f3n estructural en materia de salud: la gesti\u00f3n de recursos para concluir el Hospital Valle Ceyl\u00e1n Caracoles, cuya apertura est\u00e1 prevista para finales de este a\u00f1o.
