CUAUTITL\u00c1N, M\u00c9X.\u2014 Cuautitl\u00e1n puso en marcha un esquema de atenci\u00f3n ciudadana que traslada la toma de decisiones fuera del escritorio. La presidenta municipal, Juanita Carrillo, encabez\u00f3 el inicio de las Audiencias Humanistas \u201cD\u00eda del Pueblo\u201d, acompa\u00f1ada por directores y titulares de las distintas \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antes de abrir la jornada, la alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que el prop\u00f3sito central es alinear la obra p\u00fablica y la infraestructura con las necesidades expresadas por la poblaci\u00f3n. \u201cTodo ciudadano tiene derecho a ser escuchado. No es lo mismo diagnosticar desde una oficina que atender lo que la gente vive y padece todos los d\u00edas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mecanismo permite a las y los habitantes presentar solicitudes, exponer problem\u00e1ticas y dar seguimiento a gestiones previas, con atenci\u00f3n inmediata y canalizaci\u00f3n a las dependencias competentes. La din\u00e1mica busca reducir tiempos de respuesta y dar trazabilidad a cada planteamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De forma paralela, el gobierno municipal convoc\u00f3 a representantes vecinales y a los Comit\u00e9s de Participaci\u00f3n Social (COPACIS) para integrarse a la planeaci\u00f3n del Plan Anual de Obra, con el objetivo de priorizar intervenciones seg\u00fan urgencia e impacto comunitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con este arranque, la administraci\u00f3n de Cuautitl\u00e1n incorpora un formato de di\u00e1logo directo que pretende incidir en la programaci\u00f3n presupuestal y en la definici\u00f3n de proyectos, bajo un enfoque de planeaci\u00f3n participativa y proximidad institucional.
