En la Unidad Cultural y Deportiva Azquil, el gobierno municipal encabezado por Yoselin Mendoza entreg\u00f3 43 Testamentos P\u00fablicos Abiertos gestionados mediante un esquema de bajo costo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El beneficio deriva de un convenio suscrito con la Notar\u00eda n\u00famero 69, que permite a las y los ciudadanos cubrir \u00fanicamente una cuota de recuperaci\u00f3n de mil pesos, en contraste con el costo regular aproximado de 3 mil 600 pesos cuando el tr\u00e1mite se realiza sin este tipo de acuerdos institucionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante el acto, la alcaldesa subray\u00f3 que muchas personas postergan este procedimiento por limitaciones econ\u00f3micas, pese a la importancia legal que representa. Record\u00f3 que el testamento no implica anticipar despedidas, sino tomar decisiones responsables para proteger el patrimonio familiar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cAl recibir su testamento, ustedes plasman su voluntad y dan certeza al patrimonio que heredar\u00e1n a hijas, hijos, nietos, sobrinos o a quien ustedes determinen\u201d, expres\u00f3 Mendoza, al reiterar que su administraci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 acercando programas que contribuyan a la justicia social y al bienestar de las familias.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por su parte, Marlen Salas Villica\u00f1a, titular de la Notar\u00eda 69, explic\u00f3 que es frecuente que las personas consoliden bienes a lo largo de su vida, pero omitan el paso fundamental de otorgarles formalidad jur\u00eddica.
