HUIXQUILUCAN, M\u00c9X.\u2014 En el marco del CIX aniversario de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, el Ayuntamiento de Huixquilucan public\u00f3 y puso en vigor el Bando Municipal 2026, documento que introduce ajustes clave para fortalecer la seguridad vial, el orden urbano y la convivencia social, inform\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Romina Contreras durante la ceremonia de promulgaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acompa\u00f1ada por los integrantes del Cabildo, la alcaldesa encabez\u00f3 la colocaci\u00f3n oficial del Bando en el Palacio Municipal, as\u00ed como en el Centro de Justicia C\u00edvica y los centros administrativos de Pirules y Plaza Andador, adem\u00e1s de realizar su publicaci\u00f3n en el mercado municipal \u201c25 de Agosto\u201d, en la Cabecera Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00c1S ATRIBUCIONES PARA ORDENAR EL TR\u00c1NSITO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre las principales actualizaciones del Bando Municipal 2026 destaca la facultad otorgada a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Vialidad para regular la circulaci\u00f3n de motocicletas, con el objetivo de reducir accidentes y proteger a conductores, peatones y automovilistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romina Contreras explic\u00f3 que esta medida responde al reforzamiento de acciones preventivas en materia vial y busca que las motocicletas circulen conforme a la ley. \u201cLa seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n es prioridad. Este Bando nos permite avanzar con mayor firmeza para salvar vidas y garantizar un tr\u00e1nsito m\u00e1s seguro\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La modificaci\u00f3n se concentra en el Art\u00edculo 158, donde se incorpor\u00f3 una nueva fracci\u00f3n que autoriza a la autoridad municipal a retirar motocicletas de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y enviarlas al dep\u00f3sito vehicular cuando incumplan lo establecido en la Ley de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial del Estado de M\u00e9xico y en el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGLAS CLARAS PARA MOTOCICLISTAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa record\u00f3 que la normatividad estatal y municipal exige, entre otras disposiciones:
\u2022 Uso obligatorio de casco certificado para conductor y acompa\u00f1ante.
\u2022 Licencia vigente y placas visibles.
\u2022 Luces encendidas en todo momento.
\u2022 M\u00e1ximo un acompa\u00f1ante y prohibici\u00f3n de transportar menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N TERRITORIAL Y PROTECCI\u00d3N ANIMAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Bando Municipal 2026 tambi\u00e9n incorpora ajustes en la organizaci\u00f3n territorial de Huixquilucan. Se actualiz\u00f3 el nombre del fraccionamiento Bosques de las Lomas y se sumaron tres nuevos fraccionamientos, con lo que el municipio pas\u00f3 de 19 a 22. Adem\u00e1s, se integraron 30 Conjuntos Urbanos, entre ellos Bosque Real, Interlomas, Central Park, Reserva Bosque Real y Manigua, entre otros desarrollos habitacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia social, se reforz\u00f3 el Cap\u00edtulo V, Del Desarrollo Agropecuario y Forestal, con una nueva disposici\u00f3n que impulsa campa\u00f1as de adopci\u00f3n responsable para los caninos resguardados en el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n Animal \u201cHuixquican\u201d, promoviendo su bienestar y la tenencia responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LLAMADO A CONOCER EL BANDO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, Romina Contreras invit\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a consultar y conocer el Bando Municipal 2026, al subrayar que se trata del instrumento que define derechos, obligaciones y reglas de convivencia para construir un Huixquilucan m\u00e1s ordenado, seguro y con mejor calidad de vida para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
